I had a fantastic stay at here! The home was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Communication was smooth and prompt throughout, and james was incredibly welcoming and helpful with local tips. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels,a stocked kitchen. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Unica, Serenity Residences in South Goa. It was peaceful and picturesque with a helpful and responsive caretaker. The beach is nearby and there are plenty of restaurants and eateries around too. It is a bit far off so I would recommend that travellers rent a vehicle for transportation. Public transport seems less available. Overall, worth the money and a wonderful stay indeed!

We reached Goa early morning and we also contacted our hosts since the checkin was at 2pm and glad that they were very responsive and helpful!! And they also asked us to check in by 1 hour prior since we reached early, once we reached the stay me and my friends felt like a home!! The whole property is aesthetically designed with all the modern amenities which has pool and also a private garden. The villa is located in a peaceful location which was a plus point to a people like me to be away from the chaos! And whenever we needed something we used to reach out to our host and the response was highly quick and if any problem was arised, it was fixed in a short span!! Overall the stay was complete 10/10 recommendation to anyone looking for a peaceful stay, we all enjoyed it and it was quite difficult for us to leave this beautiful property at the end. And definitely would love to come back here again!!

This penthouse is very decent and specious property. we both the families feel homely during 3 days span. Highly recommended for the families.

The place was beautiful, with pool and it was completely private with parking. It was same as described in the photos. All the kitchen appliances were available , you can cook or order anything everything is available there. The property is very neat and clean including pool , garden. It looks beautiful in the evening with all the Bungalow lights on. Also the owner is easily reachable for all the help required and is very friendly. I would highly recommend this place for a family or a couple, no need to search for any other places.

The stay justifies it's name, it's cozy, calm and very peaceful. Great host - awesome hospitality, clear communication and always helpful. all the amenities matches the description. The locality of the appartment is awesome, we stayed for 6 days and it was very much home. Ample supermarkets and restaurants are surrounding the area. Had an amazing experience at Leen Stays. The apartment was cozy and the location was also nice. The cherry on top is the Jacuzzi in the apartment and the infinity pool on the top of the building. Also, Siddharth is very helpful and always responsive. Highly Recommend.

It was a great place and great stay for us during our recent trip. Penthouse looked as in the listing and was clean. All rooms were very spacious and had thoughtful interiors. Location is very near to the beach and also near to very wide roads. Parking was available. All facilities inside the flat was very good. There was a big pool but we did not use it. Check-in & check-out were smooth. Kyle was very responsive and friendly. He had given some suggestions for food and shopping. Overall, me/ family enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend this place.

This property is just as like photos. Everything starting from chekin to checkout was smooth. Very well maintained and clean property and rare to find in such a good location.

Ayushi’s place was really nice. Very clean and spacious. Ayushi was super helpful with recommendations and helping to arrange things we had trouble with without an Indian phone number such as taxis. Pool was great and very clean, WiFi was great. I worked from the flat during my stay with no problems.

The apartment was very clean and well-maintained. All our requests were handled promptly, and the host was kind enough to extend our checkout time, which really helped us out. Our group of friends stayed at this place for 3 days. The property is located at a peaceful , accessible location and gives perfect vibe of South Goa! The place is exactly the way its described and shown in pictures. House is neat and clean. Swimming pool in the society is clean. We enjoyed pool time. Three cheers to the helpful Host! This flat was absolutely lovely! Check-in was a breeze, and Cheryl was incredibly responsive whenever we had questions. We did encounter a water issue upon arrival, but Cheryl immediately stepped in, swiftly moving us to an even more amazing flat just a short walk away. She's truly a super host with great communication and always on hand to help. The new apartment was spacious, well-equipped, and boasted super-fast Wi-Fi plus three wonderful verandahs. The surrounding area is gorgeous, with walkable beaches and a fantastic choice of restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!

Savio's place was a wonderful stay. They have a beautiful apartment, well designed and maintained. We felt comfortable and well provided for, compared to the many AirBnb's we've stayed in over the years. They were also very responsive to any questions or issues we had. Will surely love to visit the place again sometime soon.

It looked like something right out of a Pinterest board—thoughtfully done up, full of charm and aesthetics, and every corner felt like it was designed with love. It was spotlessly clean and so well maintained. Truly a premium property in every sense. Salil was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. I had mentioned that we were celebrating my baby’s first birthday, and to our surprise, he even sent over some sweets to make it extra special. It meant a lot! This place turned out to be everything I was hoping for and more. Honestly, we were so taken by the vibe that we didn’t feel like stepping out to explore much—just being indoors felt like a vacation in itself. Just know that this place is not close to any of the beaches or touristy spots—so plan accordingly. But if you’re looking to slow down and soak in a peaceful, beautiful space, this one’s a gem.
