The house is located 100 meters from the lake in one of the ancient courtyards of Suna between the houses of the old Suna,inside the old courtyards, 200 meters from the swimming pools and 100 from the municipal beaches. Pallanza is 5 minutes on foot. The house is in the historic center, pedestrian island, you can walk . There are two parking spaces 50mt and one on Balilla Street and the other along the Toubetzkoy Street. The house has been recently refurbished and IS totally green. Charming first floor of a guesthouse dateing back to late ‘800, just restaured. Bedroom and bathroom fully equipped. It is in a garden of camellias, villa Anelli, with view on lake Maggiore, only reachable via feet. The window faces camellias blooming in springtime and winter, green during summer. The flat that we rent stays in the house where we live in Cavandone (an antique village with stone constructions) and where we work as ceramists. The village is 3 km far from Suna (beaches and night movida) that we can reach walking through the forest in 40 minutes.The place is very quiet, free from cars and offers beautiful views of the lake maggiore and the Val Grande mountains. Following a previous arrangement, our guests can use the ceramic laboratory for a didactic or recreational purpose.

The apartment is located on the lakefront, in the center of the village, with a wonderful view from the balcony over the Borromean Gulf. We provide our guests with free bicycles (city bikes and mountain bikes, also for children). In the apartment our animal friends are considered special guests and very welcome. In front of the house there are piers for the docking of boats and the beach, where in July for 10 days there is a large party for tourists.

New house of stone in the green

The house is immersed in nature, reachable only on foot 300 meters from the parking lot, but very close to the lake and the village that offers art and culture, beautiful panoramic views, restaurants and beach. You'll love the tranquility and vastness of the spaces, the views towards the lake and mountains, the intimacy, the exposed ceiling, the comfort, the wide lawn around. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families with kids.
