We (a family with a young daughter) stayed four nights at Sebastiano’s place and had a wonderful time. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, very spacious (even larger than expected from the photos), and the balcony and terrace offer stunning views of Lake Lugano. Gandria is a charming, picturesque village with a few nice places to eat. The bus and boat stations are just a short walk away, and there are lovely paths for hiking and strolling. We don’t have a car and got around entirely with public transport — it takes a little planning but works very well. Sebastiano was a great host — very easy to communicate with and proactive, which made everything smooth and stress-free.

Staying with Matteo was the perfect choice. The apartment is spacious,clean, andwell-equipped. Matteo was very helpful, responding quickly to our messages. Outside, there is a place and all the equipment for a barbecue and, most importantly, a parking space under the house. Great location. You can visit the beautiful Lago Maggiore,and Como is only 1 hour away. I recommend it with all my heart!

Very good stay with Rossana and Roberto. The apartment is very comfortable and well-equipped (good quality bedding too). Quiet while having quick access to areas to visit. Absolutely beautiful view!!! And for access by car to the rental: yes it is narrow on the last meters but quite doable. A big thank you to Rossana for our exchanges: messages always very friendly and always available if needed.

We spent NYE at Nathalie's place, and it was simply magical. The apartment is wonderful, and that view breathtaking, especially at sunrises. Natahlie has been an amazing host, we did not have a car, and she came picking us up at Arona and drove us to the apartment. Superb experience, highly recommended!

We had great days in Birgitt's place, the apartment is super sweetly decorated, is in a great location and has a beautiful courtyard. Everything was sparkling clean. The location is great - everything is easily accessible by car. As the icing on the cake, Birgitt has a great list of sights, restaurants and cafes in the area. We will be happy to come back. ☺️

Very pleasant stay! Serge was flexible both on arrival time, we were delayed due to traffic jams, as well as with the return time, had to leave earlier than planned. Everything was explained to us, everything was clean and Serge is very friendly and accommodating as well as easily accessible. Again and again :D

We had a memorable stay. The house is spacious, has everything you need, an extremely well-equipped kitchen, several balconies from which you could look into the beautiful valley and enjoy the fresh mountain air. We felt extremely comfortable and would recommend Casa Ursula to anyone looking for a quiet retreat in nature. Thank you!

We had a very nice vacation at Maria Antonietta's. We were very warmly welcomed and even the fridge was filled. The apartment is nice and offers plenty of space, the bed was also comfortable. The courtyard is great, you have direct access from all rooms - and our daughter was very happy about the slide :).

We loved our stay at Sweet Lake! The apartment is newly renovated and nicely furnished, it was super clean and has comfy beds and linens. Marco was very friendly and helpful, and answered any questions we had. The location was great for us, very quite and yet close enough to the lovely downtown of Omegna and the public beach.

We are delighted with our stay during the New Year period, with fireworks all around the lake visible from the terraces of the house! Catalda is welcoming and welcomed us very well. The house is spotless and well laid out. Nothing is missing. Regarding walking access: it doesn't even last 1 minute and we went up easily with a toddler! In short, everything was great. Pleasant experience in Samantha's house, the breakfast supply and the possibility of using the shared garden are super abundant! Val D'Ossola is beautiful in all seasons and the town where Samantha's house is located is strategic both to move around the surrounding lakes and to visit the Valleys with the wonderful villages rich in history and authenticity.
