Waterfront vacation rentals in Cavallino-Treporti

The apartment lived up to our expectations. It was very comfortable and an easy stroll to either the #2 vaporetto at Zattere or the Accademia stop on the Grand Canal for the number 1 or 2. The best route from the bus station is to go to Zattere., because it will not be crowded and is faster and if you have luggage there are ramps to walk up on the two bridges. The entrance way, like a lot of Venetian houses, is dark and unfinished, but there is a light. The 13 stairs up to the apartment have a handrail. The kitchen is well stocked and we enjoyed our stay n this quiet part of Venice.

Claudia’s place looked exactly like the photos. It is clean, and fun to be right on the canal—We had fun waving to the boats passing by from the windows. I stayed with my 6YO daughter who now wants to live in Claudia’s apt because she loved it so much. 😊 it was the perfect space for us. I appreciates the quiet location so we could sleep well. Claudia responded very quickly to every question and request that I had. It made our trip so much easier because I had her information very quickly. I highly recommend staying in her place and look forward to a future visit.

A superbly stylish and well-appointed AirBnB in a peaceful and lovely location away from the busier tourist spots. Close to the vaporetto, though, therefore easy to get to all the must-see sights of Venice. We loved the art, the Richard Sapper design pieces and the beautiful coloured gondola fragments. Very special.

Clean, well maintained, and a good amount of space for 2 people! Many interesting pieces im the apartment and you can tell attention was paid to the details. The couch and bed are comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom are clean. From pictures, we thought the glass staircase would be part of our apartment, but the steps actually lead to another airbnb upstairs. It is a shared entrance but did not cause us any issues. Would recommend this stay!

My stay in Venice was a pure joy thanks to this fantastic apartment. The highlight is definitely the balcony - this is one of these places where time had stoped and that's where you see the greatest beauty in life. Just imagine : you're in Venice, sitting at that balcony at night, staring at the moonlight above the steers of the most beautiful cities in the world. And you get the feeling you're living in some fairy tale. The apartment is elegant and clean and so well equipped that you just don't want to leave. The host is very friendly and generous. It was an excellent experience. I highly recommend this place.

Such a fantastic apartment and beautiful spot that this was a return trip. Olivier the owner - and his friend Alessanrdro who met us for check-in, were wonderful hosts. The corner apartment, with aspect onto the canal and to the Arsenale square is simply hard to beat. Impeccably renovated and a pure delight to relax in when taking a break from walking the streets of Venice. Thank you for sharing this little slice of heaven with us.

Maria & Carlo were amazing hosts! They made it super easy to check in, as they took the time to meet us and made sure we knew our way around Venice! They also gave great restaurant recommendations and responded back quickly whenever we had questions about things to do or how to get around. We will definitely stay here again if we make it back to Venice in the future!

We traveled with a family group of nine people and had plenty of space for everyone. And the location was peaceful, as it is about a twenty-five minute walk from the heavily visited tourist spots. There are restaurants and a grocery store nearby. It met our needs well as we visited Venice for a few days, and the owner and manager were very helpful.

We were greeted right away and checked in personally. We felt right at home and the process was very easy and effortless. The place was bigger than expected and can easily accommodate a whole family. It felt very cozy and the location was perfect. The view is truly amazing, seeing the canal from your bedroom window was very nice. Highly recommend going to the pizzeria/restaurant that’s just a 3 min walk from the apartment. Overall highly recommend this very romantic and cozy stay in Murano.

It's a charming little house. Very nicely located. A bakery is right next door. In 15 minutes, you can walk to Chioggia. Almost at the front door you can take "Raffaelo" to Venice by boat or bus directly there. Cristian provided us with the following free of charge: cola, coffee, pasta, oil, packaged croissants, cookies, 1x tomato sauce, wine, towels, toilet paper, towels and a few more small things. There are 2 TVs with Netflix and Prime. Unfortunately, the Internet is not that good, but that was also the only "negative." Cristian was always easily accessible. Unfortunately, my kids damaged something, but Cristian was neither angry nor did he want money. I hope he was as happy with us as we were with him. We felt very comfortable and thank you again for the parking and the possibility to check out only in the evening instead of in the morning. The location is really great there. You have your peace, but it is very central.

An apartment with a lovely garden in a quiet area. Several vaporetto stops are within 10 minutes. You can reach everything within 20 minutes.

Everything was wonderful! Location is away from the tourist crowds, my family enjoyed walking everywhere…apartment was perfect. Little room for improvement would be better towels and more toilet paper and facial tissue. I’d love to stay again when I go back to Venice!

When our original flat was cancelled at the last minute we were so relieved that Nena and Elena were able to give us a later check-in and accommodate us. Mirko was a wonderful host. We already felt totally comfortable upon arrival. The apartment was super clean, nicely sized and just perfectly located, ideal for our vacation. Mirkos warmth was especially great: He always responded quickly to messages and regularly inquired if everything was okay. We had a really nice time and would come back immediately. An absolute recommendation with a lot of gratitude.

Elena's apartment is spacious, bright and clean and is ideally located in the center of Venice allowing you to get anywhere on foot or by vaporetto! Communications with Elena was simple, clear, friendly and fast. I would highly recommend it!

Even BIGGER & BETTER than the photos.. This place feels like a giant art gallery, decorated so beautifully with an unforgettable view. I felt very safe, warm & comfortable here. This is the place you must book if you want authentic charm & to feel like a royal princess. Pedro was extremely helpful & clear with instructions & directions to the place, then I was greeted by Caterina upon arrival. She was also kind enough to take me to a gorgeous local bar on the canal for a drink, then proceeded to show me around Venice a little more & gave me lots of tips as well as places to go. Everything is walkable, the area feels safe even at night. Pack light as there are lots of stairs! Not just at the air BnB but all over Venice in general. There is so much to do close by, with great options for coffee, treats, shopping & food - I really enjoyed my stay, I wish it could’ve been longer than 2 nights but I will absolutely be back for much longer next time. This place in Jesolo surprised us a lot, it didn't even seem like we were in Jesolo. Well-located house in a very quiet area and with lots of greenery around it, it is located in a beautiful area above all. Super nice neighbors, what can I say, it's one of those places you'd like to go back to right away, not to mention the design of the house and the cleanliness and the immense space there is. If you want to spend a little vacation in Jesolo or a quiet weekend, I recommend this accommodation.

Wonderful location in Cannareggio, directly on a canal. Everything you need is within easy walking distance. Do buy a vaporetto pass for your stay. We tried one of the host/suggested restaurants and it was wonderful! We went several times to Vino Vera for Cichhetti, and it was wonderful. Aside from being in a place which in and of itself is art, head to the Peggy Guggenheim collection for an enthralling experience with Dali, Jackson Pollock, Picasso, Magritte, Klee and many other mind boggingly beautiful paintings. We had an absolutely wonderful time at Ca’ Camello in Venezia! Prego!

Monica’s place was a dream stay! The apartment is amazing, beautifully decorated, very comfortable and the location is great. A short walk to Piazza San Marco and close to plenty of amazing restaurants. Monica was super responsive and helpful, promptly answered all our questions and requests and even booked water taxis for us to get to the apartment when we arrived and to the train station when we left. I have absolutely nothing but great things to say about our stay. Highly recommend!
