A pleasant and cozy house, among the mountains in Serra da Mantiqueira, surrounded by its exuberance and diversity of birds: toucans, woodpeckers, quero-quero birds and many hummingbirds. The house is located in the Parque dos Ipês allotment, which has this name because there are many ipês. At the time of its flowering, we are surprised by this beautiful spectacle. There are great restaurants and cafes in the city. For those who like shopping, the city is 6 km from Serra Negra.

Opened in December 2023, Rancho Mirante da Serra brings together comfort, nature and sophistication in a privileged location, about 6 km from the city center. Hydromassage with chromotherapy, a solar-heated swimming pool and a fire pit are some of the winter attractions! The heated pool depends on weather conditions and the use of the thermal cover, making it pleasant for swimming. Our space is perched on a mountain top, overlooking nature.

Hotel/condominium fee is R$25.00 per person/night and is only paid for guests over 12 years of age. The fee is mandatory and paid at Check-in, including bed and bath linens. In cases of only one night, the fee is DOUBLED! The flat has a double bed and a trundle bed. We do not accept electrical/electronic appliances of any kind installed in the flat!!!! (Such as video games, Airfryer, DVDs, etc.).
