Anais was always kind and attentive to our requests. The apartment is beautiful, tastefully furnished, very spacious and with a very large terrace. The outdoor pool of the residence is really beautiful. A truly memorable stay!

Thank you Ludovic for this beautiful, bright, clean and well-equipped apartment. The location is wonderful with its large terrace facing the sea. One exit directly on the beach, the other giving access to shops and very good restaurants in Propriano. We wish to return with our couple of friends.

Perfect apartment, quiet, cozy, bright and clean with stunning views from this pretty terrace on horses and mountains , very nice decoration, very well heated with air conditioning , all the amenities are of quality, very comfortable bedding, very well equipped with appliances, kitchen utensils, dishes, barbecue, garden furniture, swing on the terrace; nothing was missing, we could have stayed there for a month we would have felt like home!!! Accommodation 2 minutes from a small super U, and very close to beautiful beaches and mountains!! We had a parking space in the residence which is very nice, Anaïs is an adorable and available and flexible host, she recommended excellent restaurants but in the house manual we can also find everything full of little restaurant tips and activities etc... I would 100% recommend this place and we'll be happy to come back!!

ideal accommodation for a week in Porticcio, in the main residence of the locality. simple but well designed accommodation, crossing, and well oriented to thwart the heat without air conditioning. it is easy to park there, the beach and shops are very close but difficult to reach on foot in the middle of summer ( like the majority of porticcio rentals. ) very good value for money, I recommend.

Very nice accommodation, comfortable (TOP bedding) and very complete. Peaceful and secure residence. Beautiful pool (small downside: no sun loungers). Large parking. Very good communication with Hugues for the reservation (from check-in to checkout) and his tips on where to go. Very responsive host. We had a lovely stay.

Beautiful apartment with sea and Ajaccio Bay views, beautiful with morning brightness and sunset over the bay... Very well furnished and equipped apartment, especially for the kitchen. Very large corner terrace. Comfortable bedding. In short, a beautiful property to recommend.

Super nice & neat apartment, with all the comforts. However, outside the city center, a 5-minute walk. Supermarket around the corner is a plus. Nice base for trips to Bonifacio, Col de Bavella and the beaches of Porto Vecchio -very beautiful!

Comfortable apartment in a very good location for enjoying the Porticcio/Ajaccio area, its asset being of course its superb view that you don't get tired of, from breakfast to aperitif facing the sunset!

A very nice stay in this duplex. Very clean, close to shops 5 minutes by car. Just be careful on arrival there are 2 Terra Bella residences, you have to put the 1 on the GPS! Little Hic for the TV which was having a lot of trouble working. Pool open from 9am to 8pm would be missing as sunbeds, towels on the hard floor not very pleasant to spend time. the rest nothing to say it was really great, I recommend

Pro: - the house fully reflects the description and photos - Impeccably clean - Comfortable mattress and pillows - amenities, including outdoor furniture, appliances (air conditioner, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven...) and residence pool - stocked with any kitchen utensils - extremely quiet and convenient location to get around even on foot to reach the port of Porto Vecchio or the center - convenient and safe parking inside the residence - Sarah is ultra available, responsive, and punctual . In a beautiful residence, beautiful modern apartment, tastefully furnished, very well equipped and in a impeccable state of maintenance. The pool that is available is superb. Excellent contact with Nathalie, who was proactive in her advice, flexibility in terms of check-in time and responsiveness to answer our questions. We can only recommend this accommodation.

Excellent stay. The villa couldn't be better located for the centre of Porto Vecchio and it is well equipped, although the pool is on the small side. I didn't see the steps as such a big issue at all, although not great for the elderly. There are two parking spaces and you need a car to reach the glorious beaches around the town. The only thing I'd criticise is the need for directions to get to the property. The barriers in the centre of town are often up and as a result the property can only be reached via the back road (and by driving through a No Entry sign), which needs explaining. But that is a small issue - overall, it's a great place to stay.

We had an incredible time at this villa , everything was just perfect from start to finish. The conciergerie service was spot on. The villa itself is beautifully equipped with everything you could possibly need, and the outdoor space is simply stunning. The garden is so peaceful and beautifully maintained , we spent hours just soaking it all in. We’re already dreaming of coming back!

A peaceful oasis surrounded by nature... and animals. We had a magical stay. The sheepfold was sublime, the pool at a good temperature and what a pleasure to receive regular visits from Marc, Sophie, Virginia and the alpacas... not to mention going to get our eggs for a good breakfast for a day of discovery in South Corsica. And a beautiful starry sky away from all light pollution... A perfect place to disconnect and recharge.

We had wonderful days, Sabella & her family were very helpful. The house is very quiet and yet you can reach the city and the beaches relatively quickly.
