Grenache le corsé mordoré gekwalificeerd op 4 Genoemd naar de zeer populaire druivensoort, waarvan in onze regio heerlijke rode wijn gemaakt wordt. Het appartement (66m²) is comfortabel en geschikt voor één tot vier personen. De uitzichten vanuit de salon en vanaf het terras zijn adembenemend. Grenache beschikt over twee aparte slaapkamers. Één slaapkamer is gelegen op de benedenverdieping, de tweede op de bovenverdieping. Beide slaapkamers hebben een badkamer met inloopdouche en een wastafel.

Au coeur du Pays Cathare, entre les villages de Lapradelle et de Caudiès (100m de la D117), à deux pas des châteaux, ce gite de 60 m2 sur deux étages profite d’une totale tranquillité dans un écrin de verdure avec un terrain arboré indépendant de 1000 m2 . Cette petite maison à proximité de notre domicile est en pierres apparentes et saura vous protéger des ardeurs de l’été. Pied à terre idéal pour vos randonnées nature ou culturelles ainsi que pour la pratique des sports d’eau-vive.

Dans petit village entre forêts et prairies, situé à 10km de Bugarach et 17 km de Quillan, loue petite maison . Au coeur des châteaux cathares, 20 km de Rennes les bains, nombreuses randonnées possibles. Nombreux sont les lieux de baignade, le lac de Quillan et de Bugarach. A 1h des plages, 2h de l'Andorre et d'Espagne. Entrée spacieuse, puis salle de bains avec douche. Au premier étage cuisine, et au deuxième une chambre avec cabinet de toilette et WC. La Carança, mountain house. Calm and nature!

Beautiful traditional mountain house of more than 100m2 in stone and completely renovated in 2020/2021. Perched at 1400m and facing south with a large garden full of flowers and a breathtaking view of the Têt valley, the Canigou and facing the Carança massifs . Fauna is omnipresent and easy to observe and many hiking and mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Llar enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located halfway between the high Pyrenees and the sea.

The 1700's 'Mountain Village Studio' in Nohèdes (990m alt.) has been fully restored in 2021 with a contemporary interior design overlooking the village square of Nohèdes with stunning views of the valley and mountains. The location with a small terrace ensures a quiet and peaceful setting. There are great hiking opportunities into the Natural Reserve of Nohèdes with it's 4 lakes and stunning views of the Pyrenées mountains and the Mediterranean Sea in the distance.
