The apartment is nice on a high floor, but the balcony is a bit small, so the view is limited. There're very limited parking spaces for cars at the building, so I had to find another parking location for my car and walk to the building. However, the apartment is nice and well furnished like in the photos.

Bintan is very close to the 1st and 2nd groups, where there are many tourists, so it's a good place to stay. It was especially nice to stay in a quieter and more pleasant atmosphere than the 1st and 2nd groups. The host was very kind and responded directly in the customer's native language, so there were no problems communicating at all. The house was also very great and clean, so it was good to stay. I really recommend it!

Perfect place for my family of 6 to stay and explore HCMC. Would recommend for anyone!

This time, I went on my first international trip with old friends ~ It is located in a quiet neighborhood without being noisy, so I had a comfortable stay ~ You can take a taxi anywhere in 20 minutes based on the accommodation, and the taxi fare is cheap, so I stayed casually. The host also responds well and is kind ~ Ah! The view from the rooftop is also very good:)

The home is in a very local area where you can feel the life of a local.The host and her sister are very welcoming and beautiful, they also have a lovely dog, thank you to the host for me to eat fruit, and even made delicious chicken rice flour and coffee for me in the morning.

location is great. room is good. wasn't clear on how to check out since Hao stopped responding on checkout day. some things to consider... shower drain clogs very quickly, so your showers need to be very short. bed is old, so middle is sunken in. if you're on one side or the other, you'll roll into the center. otherwise, a good place to stay

This was a very convenient place for me to stay. Lots to do and close to the amenities I need. Getting around the city is super easy with Grab, they pull right up to the door. Security guards and front desk workers were always friendly and made me feel safe. Our hosts were great communicators- my inbound flight was delayed by half a day, and they stayed in touch with me the whole time, updating me. I will definitely stay in one of their Airbnbs again in the future!!

Spotless, very beautiful, and homely home. Ly and her family are very kind and a wonderful to talk to. Ly was a star bringing us bananas and some fresh lemongrass water daily and giving us a great itinerary to follow whilst we were there to explore her amazing city. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a nice relaxing stay out the way of the bustle of the city but only a short 15 minute commute to the centre by taxi, in a nice and peaceful neighbourhood. absolut a nice place to stay, good area and close to lottemarkt and district 1.

Overall perfect stay. 10/10 Exceptionally clean, modern, very friendly communication. Although its not right in district 1, its still central and only takes a few minutes to get there. The building is new and modern. Has convenience stores, cafes and restaurants outside of the building. Super helpful and kind hosts. Helped us send something to us that we have forgotten in the apartment. Has a nice pool with views to the river, as well as gym and sauna, but needs face verification to enter, so i guess its only for longterm guests. Would come back again anytime.

The room is very cozy, equipped with tableware and essential kitchen utensils. The furniture is a bit old, but overall it matches the pictures. The community is very pleasant, quiet, and perfect for evening strolls. There is a convenience store right downstairs, and there are also a café and a larger supermarket nearby. If I could extend my stay, I would definitely do so.

Amazing stay! Had to book for another month in the future before we even checked out. Super clean space that makes you feel right at home, very helpful host for all of our needs, and the neighborhood feels extremely safe / family friendly. 10/10 on everything!

Clean and beautiful unit at a Top Class location in Ho chi minh. Landmark81 at the doorstep. Walking distance to the parks and Saigon river. Plenty of convenience, groceries, cafes, restaurants. Quiet at night. Was able to enjoy a good rest

The view of the river on the 33rd floor was very good. All the facilities of the new apartment are neat. Host is very kind. I recommend it among the accommodations in the 7th district.

We had a great stay here! The location was nice, close to everything we needed, making it easy to explore the area. Our host was very friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to store our luggage after checkout free of charge, which was a huge help. The place was equipped with all the essentials, making it comfortable and convenient for our extended stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh.
