We felt at home at Massimo's. Everything was as it should be and even better. The house was large, spacious and very clean. Perfect for our family of four plus a dog. The place is located far from the buildings, so you can relax in peace. The garden was large, perfect for spending time outdoors, and there was a large and clean pool where you could cool off on hot days. The contact with Massimo was without reservations. He always wrote back in a few minutes and if we needed anything, he was always available. There were basic groceries in the kitchen to make coffee and eat something after a long journey. In addition, we received delicious wine, and as soon as it was missing, he always brought new ones. On the last day, we had delicious croissants for breakfast. I highly recommend this home. Everything was perfect. And we hope to return there.

Honestly, Deborah was the perfect host for several reasons. Beyond being incredibly kind and understanding, she really tuned into what I needed. I mentioned that this was my first time in a town like this and that I was hoping to hibernate for a few days, and her place felt like the perfect fit. She went above and beyond to make the check-in process smooth, even offering to pick me up from the train station and take me to the grocery store—on a Sunday, no less, when most places were closed and options were limited. Her home was serene, even more beautiful than the photos, and I immediately felt safe and at ease in the neighbourhood. I also loved how central it was to most things, like a spa, fruit/vegetable store, cafes, restaurants and convenience stores. In a world that often feels like it’s growing less kind, Deborah truly understands the heart of hospitality. :)

You can stay in a historic house full of character, located in the most beautiful part of Rimini—right in the heart of life. Surrounded by wonderful restaurants, you can enjoy the vibrant atmosphere just outside your door, with two chairs at the entrance while your child sleeps peacefully inside. You won’t miss a moment of life. I highly recommend it to everyone.

This is the second year that we have stayed in Mauro's house with our 16-month-old baby and a Dobermann, and I believe that this will remain a fixed, unmissable stop for us to spend our summer holidays. A large, completely fenced outdoor space, the quiet area and a cozy and clean apartment, equipped with all the services, makes this solution optimal for those who, like us, decide to spend their holidays with their 4-legged friend. At the same time, the proximity to the center of Riccione and the complete availability of Mauro, available at any time and for any eventuality, instills security in full respect of privacy, making the stay ideal even for the little ones. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Barbara and I stayed at Villa Mariella from June 19 to 24, 2025. A wonderful villa, immersed in an oasis of peace, green, quiet and well maintained. Mariella and Marco are super kind, friendly, generous, nice and cheerful, in short, two wonderful people who made us feel at home! We will definitely be back because we had a really good time!

We felt very comfortable in Giovanni's villa. Giovanni is a fantastic host – always friendly, communicative and easy to reach. He personally guided us around upon arrival and was there for us with helpful information. The villa is located on a spacious property with several beautiful terraces. The private terrace in particular impresses with a magnificent view over the valley, the olive trees and the castle. The amenities leave nothing to be desired: a well-equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils as well as homemade oil, vinegar and herbs from the garden. Fresh water is also available. Sleeping and seating furniture are comfortable and the place was clean. Giovanni and his family live next door – always present, but discreet. He gave us valuable tips for excursions, restaurants and the surroundings. Thanks to his recommendations, we were able to make beautiful day trips to Rimini, San Marino, Riccione and to quieter places. Thank you!

I stayed for a week with the family in the Martilla apartment in Gabicce. Clean and absolutely tidy apartment, in a well-served area and with all the necessary amenities. The owner Marco is a serious, kind and helpful person. We immediately felt at home. Highly recommended.

Maurizio is a really rare person nowadays, welcoming, kind and very available for every need. She welcomed me into the apartment with a very welcome local gift. Thank you. Elisa and Cesare are great. We felt like home from the first minute onwards. The entire apartment is very clean and possess everything you might need (with clear instructions everywhere). We found a vegan welcome cake which was then supported with organic strawberries. The accommodation is in a peaceful location where you can take a break from the life. Totally recommend, will be back!

Very positive experience. The apartment exactly matches the photos. A little gem. Everything is very well cared for, from the furniture to the equipment to the terrace. Quiet area, very close to the sea. Pedestrian area not far away. Attilio is a helpful and very friendly person.

Very quiet surroundings. Not far to drive to the city center and the beach. There is a large supermarket nearby. The Host is very welcoming. He told us that we just caught the local summer solstice festival. We can see the midnight fireworks by the window in the house. Free parking is available opposite the house. It is quite safe. From the first moment we were greeted with a rare kindness – Antonella and Leano are authentic, warm and helpful people, able to make you feel right at home. If you come here, you can't miss the schiaccia, a divine delicacy! The location is enchanting: silence broken only by the sounds of nature, and a timeless atmosphere that invites slowness and serenity. Perfect for unwinding and regenerating. Highly recommended for those looking for authenticity, good food, and a warm welcome.

Amazing little town, we made a stop on our way to Bari from Milan to split the distance and we did not regret it! The house is beautiful and very well designed, decorated with high aesthetics. It’s perfectly located in the old town although getting in and out with the car and the luggage was a challenge due to several works on the road where you need to deviate and then you just get stuck in the town’s small roads. The food recommendations were top notch and we would definitely consider revisiting. One thing to keep in mind, there is no air conditioning, Alessandro provided us with a fan but in hot days if you are heat-sensitive as we are you might find it difficult to sleep well! Overall the experience was so good that we actually enjoyed it!

We stayed for two nights and overall we had a very good time. The place was clean, welcoming and equipped with everything you need, even with small extra comforts that are nice. The area is not really the most refined, let's say a little "spartan", but it is very close to the sea and convenient to get around. The environment was pleasant and the host was attentive and well organized.
