Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Catedral District

Great apartment for two to four people. Very good layout, nice that coffee and sugar were provided. Good large kitchen and small kitchen as a plus. Nice beds, better lighting than in most places. For us, the location was great, but it is a busy city urban area with moderate traffic on the adjoining street. Still, it is very quiet in two of the rooms, and the front room is to my early filled with the wonderful sounds of a real Central America neighborhood. Communication with Kendra was flawless.

The location was perfect. It was close to the airport and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants. The home had a warm, welcoming feel. I only stayed one night, but I’d definitely return!

Super hose, very responsive and helpful and knowledgeable about the area and the people. Don't worry about language: Gil speaks perfect English and Spanish. The view is drop dead gorgeous.

This home is a gem. Beautiful craftsmanship, all the furnishings clean and comfortable and breathtaking views. We found the kitchen to include everything we needed and the house a peaceful haven from the busy city. A perfect stay for our family of five.

Excellent host, and one of the best equipped homes we have stayed in!! Very well decorated and sure made you feel the luxury component that this place offers. Directly around the corner from the unit is common area with conference rooms , gym, and an elegant lap pool backed by a forested setting! Highly recommended option!!

Laura and Verny are wonderful hosts. We were very grateful that they opened their beautiful home to us. From the moment we walked into the house, we felt like we were walking into our own home. Laura had everything in her kitchen that I needed to cook and bake for my family. The views surrounding their home are breathtaking. Verny and Laura were very respectful to our privacy and made sure that we had everything we needed. We highly recommend staying at this AirB&B the next time you visit this beautiful country. We stayed only one day in San Jose. The apartment was perfect and exactly as listed. We found amazing coffee in walking distance, restaurants, bars and live music. We got lucky in finding a live concert downtown and a cultural festival while walking around. I feel we got a good taste of the city. We will definitely come back!

The house was clean and had enough to live a long season, if needed. It's not big, but it doesn't stay small either. The common areas were very well maintained, with explanations in all of them about the operation and the rules. The pool was bigger than it looks in the pictures. Some more sunbeds would be appreciated. The gym had a good variety. Nearby to the apartment there is a supermarket and some restaurants.

Beautiful building. Gorgeous 21st floor public space and views. Very nice gym. Cute restaurants on site. Safe, convenient parking. 20 min drive in traffic to Barrio Escalante which was a bummer. However, we chose this home for the space and for the great price. There’s nothing that compares closer into downtown. This place is quiet, safe, spacious, and very clean and would stay again.

Cannot say enough great things about Urbn and this adorable apartment and very responsive and accommodating host. The neighborhood is definitely one of our favorites as well, so much to do and felt safe to be out at night. We cannot wait to come back.

Very nice, very private top floor penthouse. Restaurant Grano de Oro just down the street a few blocks was excellent.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay! The apartment was exactly as described—actually, even better than expected! What the photos don’t show is that there are two balconies, including one directly off the main bedroom, which was a lovely surprise. The space was clean and well-equipped. The fridge and other amenities were spot on, and the couch and chairs were comfortable. There’s a washer and dryer inside. Comes with a floor fan . Come to think of it, didn’t get hot at all in the apartment. Although we didn’t get a chance to fully explore the neighborhood, we noticed several nice cafes and restaurants within walking distance and The location felt safe. The hosts were very communicative throughout the stay and even arranged for us to check in early, which was a big help. The check-in process itself was seamless, and the front desk staff were welcoming and kind. Overall, it was a great stay. We’d definitely book again the next time we’re in

We loved this accommodation. We traveled as a family and with our pet. The location is excellent, the park is next door and the place is very safe to walk. There are restaurants right next door and it's close to everything

Excellent place. Very nice and cozy. The decor was very nice. The building has a fabulous view, a bar in the lobby and I liked the decor of the apartments with different concepts. 100% recommended.

Great place and amenities. My favourite was the huge balcony with the view of the clouds and hills. There’s a supermarket next door, makes stocking up on essentials very easy. There’s weekly cleaning too, so extremely convenient for long stays,
