my husband and I had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and just as described in the listing. The host was friendly and responsive, which made check-in easy. The videos that were sent prior to arrival were extremely helpful to find the airbnb. The location was convenient and quiet—perfect for exploring Old San Juan. We would definitely stay here again! It is a true one bed one bath apartment. but with the ammendities that come along with the unit (beach & pool access), assigned parking. the views. Also the walkability to nearby restaurants, bars. stores made it an enjoyable stay.

I recently stayed at this Airbnb and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering plenty of room to relax and feel at home. The neighborhood was incredibly calm and safe, which made for a peaceful stay which was extremely important to me during my extended stay with my family. Plus, the convenience of a walkable supermarket nearby was a huge plus and the location puts you at about 1-3 hrs to every part of the island if you are looking to travel outside of Levittown. I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

We LOVED the apartment; it felt like I was home, and we would stay here again.

We loved our stay here! The apartment made us feel like we got to really experience old San Juan. Lots of places to eat around and everything is literally walking distance. Super convenient and the apartment was very clean, great bed and very self explanatory. They had items for beach, as well as things needed for a shower which was a nice bonus. Considering how hot it is in old San Juan, their Air conditioning is NO joke, we didn’t even need to turn it on most of the time, made the rooms chilly very quickly, so for those that get hot easy, you won’t have issues with heat in this apartment. Great spot for exploring in the day time and for a night out bar hopping.

Gorgeous building! & stunning unit! When I say this place is so extremely safe…. No one is getting in that isn’t supposed to be there! Never felt unsafe at all! Even walking in the area after dark to some fantastic nearby restaurants! It took us until the 2nd day to realize we had not been locking the door when we left, we thought it locked automatically, and there were no problems! (Push the button at bottom of keypad to lock it when leaving) Loved the huge full length mirrors! Very spacious! It was just 2 of us this trip but a larger group would have been very comfortable! Great location! Close to nearby sights, beaches, restaurants, night life! Exceptionally clean! Smelled clean & fresh every time we entered! The full size washer/dryer were super nice! As well as the dishwasher bc no one wants to do dishes on vaca! Elevators are very fast, and prompt when called for! Gorgeous views as well! Thank u! We will happily stay again!

BEST LOCATION!! You want to stay at this apartment right in the best streets of Old San Juan, walkable and just a few minutes drive from Condado and Isla Verde. Balcony with ocean view and located in a dead end street for privacy. Apartment is equipped with everyhting you need for your stay. Very responsive and helpful host.

It was a great place to stay at an affordable price compared to other options. Although it might initially seem far from San Juan, it's actually not too distant. One of my top priorities was having a reliable electricity supply, due to the frequent outages in Puerto Rico and the demands of my remote job. I was relieved to find a place equipped with solar panels and a backup battery system. The garage was quite narrow, too small for even a standard-size car, but aside from that, everything else was great. I would definitely recommend it.

Fantastic stay for 7 days! The most responsive host, very safe, private, beautiful home. ACs throughout, plenty of home supplies, towels, blankets, etc. plenty of seating outside, pool, pool table, outdoor bathroom, laundry room, the list goes on. Our absolute favorite thing to do was sit outside to watch tv and listed to the beautiful coqui at night with the breeze blowing. And the home is only 1/2 mile from Walgreens, Marcos, Church’s, etc. We cooked several meals and didn’t miss not having an oven. We loved the security gate with remote, and cameras outside - it provided even additional comfort. We can’t wait to come back and stay with Calix again!!!

Christie's Beautiful home was perfect for our family of 6. We have adult kids and everyone enjoyed their private spaces and didn't feel overcrowded. Plenty of dishes. Grocery store right down the street. Christie was quick to respond to any questions i had. The only downfall for some may be the security gates. you have to check in each time. I was OK with it because my family's safety is #1. Overall I would definitely recommend this home to others !!

We had an amazing stay!! Would 100% recommend this place to anyone. The place itself was very clean, and everything was exactly as shown in the photos. We also really enjoyed the neighborhood, it was pretty quiet. Really appreciated Glenda's responsiveness to any of our questions and really appreciated her recommendations as well, would definitely stay here again!

Stunning views of the mountains, outdoor terrace and infinity pool was thoroughly enjoyed by the whole family. Had a few minor issues getting there because of GPS but she was very responsive and very helpful with directions. The front electric lock malfunctioned and had to wiggle to access and the front door needed to be forcibly shut to secure. Overall, it was a beautiful property!

Stayed for 3 nights with my husband. Place was very clean, great location with beach, restaurants & casino walking distance. The pool was definitely a plus. Communication was awesome, any question I had was answered within minutes. I would definitely recommend.

Great location to stay in Old San Juan historical district. Walk everywhere and we found a car is not necessary. Noisy during the evenings so bring earplugs for a good night sleep.

This Airbnb is amazing! It looks exactly like the pictures and was extremely clean when we arrived. In the kitchen were basic spices and any appliances you may need. Erik was also extremely kind in leaving a complimentary bottle of wine and bottled water in the fridge. The walk-in shower had both a handheld and overhead spout which was useful for after swimming on the beach. In the closet were chairs, towels and umbrellas for trips to the beach. The bedroom had a TV which was convenient. The location is very nice with various restaurants down the road, only five minutes from the beach, ten minute drive from Old San Juan, about 5 min. away walking to the grocery store. The only thing confusing was finding the location of the gate at first (next to the hedge), but checkin was very smooth otherwise. The parking is extremely tight, be careful. Erik himself responded very fast and a very kind host! I would highly recommend this Airbnb and look forward to coming again!

Perfect location! In the heart of Old San Juan, truly immersed into the culture and night light. So close to the water and historic landmarks. It was so easy to walk around the city and plan outings. Love love love!

Coral’s place was as pictured on the listing and more. The place is spacious enough for two people and the amenities were as described on the listing. The view overlooking Isla Verde and beach was amazingly beautiful. The host was very responsive and available if needed. The location is great, close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Wow the Condo is beautiful beachfront views the place is very well setup with pretty much everything you need. Great location not far from old San Juan. All restaurants around are delicious no need to rent a car nor anything for beach Milly has everything you need 4 types of coolers beach towels chairs and umbrella. Her kitchen is stocked with some of your essentials bathroom is fully stocked. Kitchen is nicely stocked with everything you need Milly shows you where everything is and how to plug into generator if needed we didn't need it. The views are breathtaking waiting sunrises and sunsets from your bed is everything locals and other traveling guests are friendly. Great drinks all-round 2 bars with kitchen right outside of pool before beach. Beach is directly in front 8 steps away. We will definitely be back again soon. If you book don't let the outside of building scare you it's in desperate need of attention but the Condo inside is hands down beautiful you will enjoy stay.
