Alex & Diana’s home is truly a gem. They are beyond thoughtful and hospitable. Such kind hosts with such a lovely home. Perfect location and great home layout. My mom and I stayed along with my emotional support dog and we definitely would love to come back!

Fantastic stay for 7 days! The most responsive host, very safe, private, beautiful home. ACs throughout, plenty of home supplies, towels, blankets, etc. plenty of seating outside, pool, pool table, outdoor bathroom, laundry room, the list goes on. Our absolute favorite thing to do was sit outside to watch tv and listed to the beautiful coqui at night with the breeze blowing. And the home is only 1/2 mile from Walgreens, Marcos, Church’s, etc. We cooked several meals and didn’t miss not having an oven. We loved the security gate with remote, and cameras outside - it provided even additional comfort. We can’t wait to come back and stay with Calix again!!!

Home was large, had a full kitchen, living room and dining room. Bathrooms were big. Location is down a narrow street close to excellent restaurants and bars in Miramar. Big grocery store is two blocks away, greenway for running is very close. I would gladly stay there again.

The house was so beautiful and the ocean was your back yard . We loved the pool . We felt very safe in the location and loved its proximity to the places we were visiting. We would definitely stay here again !!! Fantastic Airbnb!

The house was perfect for our group - two families with teen boys. The pool was used a lot and you have your choice to stay in the neighborhood for the beach or go down the road to Dorado Beach. The boys also enjoyed the basketball court a walk away. Debora was a great host. She responded quickly whenever we needed something and was very flexible. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved everything about this airbnb! It looks just liked the photos with perfect views off the balcony. The host herself was so helpful always quick to respond to messages and even gave us recommendations to visit. The place was close to so much we were able to walk along condado easily. Close to restaurants 5-10 min away. Ubers were easy to get. The place was clean and provided lots of amenities like water plates and shampoo/ Conditioner. I’d book the airbnb again 100%

Great Airbnb at my Happy Place - Puerto Rico. Welcoming and serene Airbnb. Great location on the Beach and very accessible to restaurants, bars, pharmacies and entertainment. Most things to do are an Uber ride away (inexpensive). Gerardo y Onar were flexible with check-in (allowed to get in a little early), which made my stay more enjoyable. Very responsive and proactive. Thank you! I look forward to my return to Puerto Rico and to this Airbnb! Buen Dia!

A Wonderful Stay at Xavier's Place! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Xavier's Airbnb, and we can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome from security and an immaculate space that exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet neighborhood yet conveniently close to local attractions. The cozy ambiance of the house made it feel like a home away from home. The pool was amazing!! Overall, our stay was fantastic and relaxing. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and charming place to stay. We can not wait to return!!

Joselyn is very friendly. She always answers all the questions. I tell them I didn't find anything wrong. Everything is fabulous. I recommend it. I would give it more than 5 stars. Honestly, everything is close. I hope to return soon

It's was really easy to find.. Everything was excellent. At a good location. Cataño Plaza is at 3 minutes away, ferry is as 5 minutes away, very good restaurant and alot of fun stuff to do with kids...

My daughter and I wanted to spend quality time together on vacation. This was memorable stay with wonderful time. Getting there was easy. Close to beaches, supermarkets, pharmacies, gas station, restaurants, and more. We received clear instructions. They made an exception for us with early check-in at no additional cost. Upon opening the door, we were greeted by a delicious smell. Everything was beautifully decorated, modern and elegant. The atmosphere was cozy, private, secure, and delightfully quiet. Every corner was impeccably clean. The studio is fully equipped with everything you need. There's even on-site parking, a balcony, central air conditioning, a comfortable bed, a hammock, board games, and even a first aid kit, among other amenities. The space is perfect. Charming and cozy. The host is accessible, responsive, and very attentive. She offers such professional and excellent service that we feel right at home. This stay was more than met than our expectations. Thank you!

Gorgeous building! & stunning unit! When I say this place is so extremely safe…. No one is getting in that isn’t supposed to be there! Never felt unsafe at all! Even walking in the area after dark to some fantastic nearby restaurants! It took us until the 2nd day to realize we had not been locking the door when we left, we thought it locked automatically, and there were no problems! (Push the button at bottom of keypad to lock it when leaving) Loved the huge full length mirrors! Very spacious! It was just 2 of us this trip but a larger group would have been very comfortable! Great location! Close to nearby sights, beaches, restaurants, night life! Exceptionally clean! Smelled clean & fresh every time we entered! The full size washer/dryer were super nice! As well as the dishwasher bc no one wants to do dishes on vaca! Elevators are very fast, and prompt when called for! Gorgeous views as well! Thank u! We will happily stay again!

I had a wonderful stay! The place was spotlessly clean, exactly as described, and incredibly comfortable. Communication with the host was smooth and prompt throughout the entire experience, which made everything easy and stress-free. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and relaxing stay! Not to mention the upstairs neighbors who also help take care of the place are wonderful and helpful. I would rent again.

Our host Ivan was great. Our first night we had a little situation but he fixed it right away which we were thankful for. If you have any issues or questions he will fix it. We had a great stay here visiting Puerto Rico for the first time. It felt very secure getting into our place, and once you remember which keys are for which gate it becomes a lot faster getting back in. There are roosters in the early morning but we enjoyed the sounds. We loved that we could walk to the beach & enjoy the restaurants nearby. If you like burgers i recommend Prole Artisan Burgers nearby walking distance!! As a group of 6 we did have to buy an extra pack of toilet paper so I wish there was a bit more but he did provide soaps for us & the kitchen also had the essentials. The neighbor in front will try to get you to park on his property but you can just park on the sidewalk in front of the place. We made it work & we rented a big van. We would stay here again, thanks Ivan!
