Dimora tipica in parte scavata ed in parte costruita, con splendida vista sullo scenario incantato dei Sassi di Matera. Si trova in zona pedonale, quindi non è raggiungibile con la macchina, ma c è un comodo parcheggio a pagamento a 2 minuti a piedi e parcheggi gratuiti lungo la strada poco più distanti. Vicina ai luoghi più importanti da visitare! L'accesso degli appartamenti è un comodo piano terra ma la vista dal balcone dell'appartamento numero 1 è un piano alto (magia dei Sassi di Matera!)

La piccola casa in grotta ha un ingresso indipendente. è una piccola camera ipogea ricavata totalmente all’interno della massa tufacea . Le grotte hanno un loro particolare microclima che viene regolato da impianto di riscaldamento in inverno e deumidificazione quando necessario. Nello spazio esterno, arredato con tavolino e sedie, è possibile incontrare e fare amicizia con la mia gattina e con il mio cane, un dolcissimo Border Collie . Soggiornare in una grotta è un esperienza.

Gli spazi sono stati arredati con un accenno di richiamo alla storia dei popoli che hanno vissuto per secoli in queste grotte, senza togliere nulla al confort che la modernità ci ha donato. Antico Trullo Saraceno del 1400 appena ristrutturato. In un’unico spazio e’ stata creata una zona con letto matrimoniale, una piccola cucina fornita di tutto e con lavastoviglie, un bagno con ampia doccia e una veranda privata con ombrellone, sdraie e tavolino . Il trullo non e’ isolato ma posizionato in un area con altri 2 trulli adibiti ad affitti (un piccolissimo villaggio) .
