Hi, my name is Fabrizio, I have been a professional cook for many years and after gaining work experiences around Italy and Europe, I decided to finally realize my dream : to share my passion for food and nature by opening my country home to travelers from all over the world, curious to live an authentic experience with locals. My mission: to offer my guests a special and fun evening, preparing simple dishes of the local Apulian tradition. We personally select the raw materials and I consider mine a "market kitchen" since it is based on seasonal food, but above all from small local producers. Looking forward to meeting you for a nice experience together between food, good wine, and many passionate stories

My passion comes from afar. Since I was a child, I learned the ancient culinary traditions and ancient Sicilian recipes from my aunt and my mother, with them we prepared delicious manicaretti. My skills have grown little by little over time, along with my great love for cooking and for everything that is well cooked, with simple and genuine ingredients, always fresh and locally sourced. All this led me to take important cooking classes and participate in various culinary events.
