Vacation rentals in Castronuovo di Sant'Andrea

Das Haus liegt sehr schön, etwas oberhalb des Meeres. Man kann auf der überdachten Terrasse den Blick aufs Meer genießen. Es ist ruhig, man hört das Meeresrauschen und das freundliche Rascheln von Vögeln und hübschen Salamandern. Die Natur rundherum ist schön, im gepflegten Garten kann man sich gut aufhalten, es gibt Kräuter und einen Zitronenbaum. Ganz nahe kann man auf einem kleinen Weg oberhalb des Meeres an der steilen Küste durch die wohlduftende Natur spazieren. Im Garten konnten wir eine Tischtennisplatte benutzen, sehr zur Freude unseres Sohnes. Ein Highlight unseres Aufenthaltes war der freundliche Empfang von Raffaele, auf italienisch, mit Händen und Füßen, mit echter Herzlichkeit. Bei Problemen war er sofort hilfreich zur Stelle und dennoch auf freundliche Diskretion bedacht. Für vier Personen war großzügig Platz und alles vorhanden was wir brauchten. Wir durften alles nutzen was vorrätig war, das war wirklich sehr nett! Der Aufenthalt war richtig toll!!!

Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der wunderschönen Altstadt von Scalea, ist aber trotzdem total ruhig. Man ist schnell am Strand und es gibt in der Nähe einige gute Lokale. Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich und geschmackvoll, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt! In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Lorenzo ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber, er hat uns herzlich empfangen und sogar eine Decke für unseren Hund gebracht, damit sie auf dem Sofa schlafen konnte, was will man mehr ;)) Wir hoffen, dass wir bald wieder kommen können!

L’appartamento è molto bello e arredato con gusto. La posizione è centralissima con vista della piazza principale. Buona anche la colazione inclusa.

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad in Villa Anna. Het huis is mooi ingericht (wat een prachtig uitzicht vanuit de slaapkamer en badkamer) met oog voor detail. Ook de keuken is heel goed uitgerust. Tot slot is er een groot terras, ideaal voor een BBQ of aperitief in de zon. Het huis is ook erg geschikt voor (jonge) kinderen. Ik zou het iedereen aanraden.

A perfect home away from home. Marzio is an excellent host. His place ticks every boxes. Peaceful, rustic with charm, super clean, well decorated, over the top equipped, extremely comfortable. The cherry on top of the cake is the fabulous housekeeper Maria, always present, yet very discreet, a real addition that makes you enjoy your holiday to the fullest. We have been travelling quite a bit and never been in a better B&B, especially for the quality of the service we received. It’s so true, that when you travel in southern Italy, every family welcomes you like you are part of theirs. You won’t regret staying here. Thank you Marzio, Antonietta and Maria, we’ll come back for sure.

Siamo stati in questa casa una settimana,accoglienza impeccabile,stanza pulita e ci hanno fatto trovare già diverse cose come prodotti locali acqua succhi ecc.. Nella casa non manca nulla e quello che c’è funziona alla perfezione. Le cose che più sono state apprezzate sono il parcheggio nello spazio del condominio e l estrema vicinanza a tutto quello che serve (mare,uscite serali,negozi oltre che facendo un tratto molto breve in auto ci si ritrova subito sulla SS Tirrena). Antonio host impeccabile che è stato reattivo in tempi record nel risolvere un problema (causato da me). Null’altro da dire,consiglio vivamente.

Location in new town on edge of old town with private parking was what got me to book this property. We walked to all places with farthest walk being 20-30 minutes to other edge of old town. Host was always responsive and local recommendations and help with booking restaurants was so valuable. Bedroom on mezzanine can get warm on a nice day but there is AC. This room also is next to street so street noise can be heard for light sleepers. Second bedroom is cooler and quieter. Really enjoyed our stay in the spacious home.

Abbiamo trascorso un fine settimana a Matera siamo molto soddisfatti dell alloggio molto carino, ottima posizione vicino alla zona dei sassi, host gentilissimo e disponibile.
