Extraordinarily beautiful apartment on two levels with large terrace and immediate sea view. Three separate bedrooms along with another double bed. Spacious living rooms, large fully equipped kitchen. Less than five minutes away to the sea. Several restaurants and bars very close. Overall highly recommended apartment.

What a great villa! So spacious - each room was large and the ceilings were high so it felt airy. I read that other people felt it was dark, but for us it was a bonus to be shady and cool. There is no air conditioning, but it was a comfortable temperature inside even without the ceiling and floor-standing fans provided. There are 3 terraces so you can always sit on one facing the sun if you want. We loved the direct access to the pool too - it was a bit chilly being unheated but that's the same as most places in Lanzarote. The villa was very well equipped. There was every piece of kitchen equipment we could wish for, a large fridge-freezer and a dishwasher. There was a washing machine which was really useful, especially with the large rack to hang the clothes out to dry. Plenty of bedding and towels were provided, we only had to bring our own beach towels. The hosts were extremely responsive; a couple of little issues arising were resolved within hours. 100% recommend.

Marisol is an excellent host, she has a lovely warm welcoming manner. There was good communication before the trip and she was there to greet us with the keys. Marisol was very helpful showing us where the local Lidl was and calling a taxi for us on the last day. The accommodation was bijou and cute, great for my daughter and I. It was clean, cool and set up for self catering. The apartment has sea views however the sandy beach at Calista de Fuste is a good walk away. There is a natural pool around 15 mins walk which is beautiful at low tide.

We had a great time staying here. Host was really helpful and the location was perfect. Lovely terrace with great views. Would recommend 🙌

Good place for a week in Playa Blanca, we advice to have a car

From the very first contact during the booking process Alfredo was always friendly and helpful. On arrival the house was spotlessly clean and contained everything we could need to help us s enjoy our stay ( including cold beers in the fridge which were very much appreciated after a long day travelling, thankyou Alfredo!!) We were joined part way through our stay by other family members and the layout of the house, with bedrooms and bathrooms on 2 separate floors, gave us all plenty of privacy . The choice of outside spaces is a huge bonus offering shady and sunny spots all day, I particularly enjoyed watching the sunrise over the hill from our bedroom balcony. As always El Cotillo proved a perfect choice for our holiday destination with beautiful beaches just a few minutes walk from the house and a great range of bars and restaurants to choose from . Thankyou Alfredo, we will definitely be back.

We had a Great stay! We found the place easily and got ourselves inside with no problems. Antonija was friendly and responsive with anything I asked for. The pool was maintained throughout our stay as someone came out half way to clean it. The kitchen was basic but had everything we needed. The sun shone on the terrace all afternoon and was beautiful. We walked down to the marina which took around 15 minutes where there is lots of nice restaurants. We did hire a car and think that was a good decision with where we were located. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area!

Booked at short notice and Garry was more than accomodating. Communication was always fast and smooth, flexible check in & out - I couldn't have asked for a nicer host! the apartment has everything you could possibly need, a little away from the town centre so much quieter to have a peaceful evening but still walkable distance. the pool was perfect for some lazy days and the beach is a 10 min walk away. I only wish I could have stayed longer!

Very happy with the apartment. Good location. Good communication from hosts and allowed us to stay a bit later on checkout day as our flights weren't until later and no one was due into the apartment

Beautiful house in modern style, very well equiped kitchen, included spices, olive oil, coffee, spacious bathrooms with shower gel and hair stuff provided. great internet, even for online calls. Nice and quite area, even despite of construction in neighborhood. Alice is wonderfull person, very helpfull. Highly recommend this place, will be back with pleasure.

Absolutely loved my stay here, a beautiful rustic villa with everything you could possibly need for a short or long term stay in a peaceful street but just a couple minutes walking to the beach or Main Street. I was solo for a work / surf trip but I will 100% return with a group of friends. Thank you for sharing your home!

We felt very comfortable with 6 adults in this cool apartment. Different levels with terrace and courtyard were optimal for us. The view of the sea was fantastic, some may be bothered by the view of wind turbines and a company. We enjoyed walking the 15 minutes to the harbor promenade and downtown.

Recommended to spend a few days in Fuerteventura. Comfortable and conveniently located accommodation.

Lovely place to stay for some relaxing time in the sun. Great location with lots of parking available, a supermarket within 2 minute walk and numerous restaurants and lounges on the same street. There’s a coastal path within a short distance that goes all the way to Playa Blanca and beyond, with Playa Flamingo beach a walkable distance along with Montaña Roja for a sunset hike. The place itself is comfortable, lovely and clean with everything you need for a short or longer stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back and are already considering returning with family.

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful and spacious apartment! The property is perfect for families or group of friends – with three spacious rooms and three toilets there is enough space for everyone. The apartment is very well equipped, we didn't miss anything. We especially enjoyed the patio with barbecue facilities – here we could spend cozy evenings. Both a baby chair and a baby cot were available for our baby, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is great, shopping is only 3 minutes away by car. Parking right at your doorstep was also very convenient. We felt completely comfortable here, had a great time and would have liked to have stayed longer. Thank you for the great hospitality – we will be happy to come back!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Gio was a fantastic host. The property really suited us. We came to kitesurf and this accommodation provided lots of outside space where we could safely store all our kites and kite foils. It was also located very conveniently close to supermarkets. Gio had a great area with astro turf where we could wash off all our kit. The roof terrace had magical views of Lobos.We are already dreaming of returning!!

Great location, quiet area with off street parking. Ideal base close enough to the main restaurant areas with easy access to the main roads out to all surf destinations and beaches. Would definitely visit again :)

Listing matches the host's photos and description! This one is very responsive if you have any questions, in addition it provides a guide with activities, places to visit and restaurants. You have access to the pool as well as the paddle board which is a real plus. The accommodation is in a complex grouping, grocery store, restaurants, bar, tourist office and swimming pool. I still recommend renting a car because the complex is far from everything (beaches, cities to visit, supermarket etc...)
