I have stayed at 50+ AirBnB and this was my all time favourite. Imagine staying within a castle, with an adjacent church, a great pool and the most fabolous views of the umbrian country side. Not to forget the best equipped kitchen and the best care taker Nazareno. And an actual fresco in the bedroom! Cant recommend this place enough.

The host was out of town so had her parents meet us. That became one of the highlights of our trip. They spoke very little English, but using Google translate we were able to communicate. Incredibly friendly and welcoming people. They used their little Fiat to transport our luggage from the FREE parking to the apartment, which was an easy walk if you aren't carrying luggage. Her mom ended up giving my wife and daughter a ride around town in the car, honking and waving at everyone who was smiling and waving back to her. She had a bottle of wine, as well as coupons for a free coffee and pastry in the morning at a local cafe, along with other amenities, in the apartment. The apartment is older, but well maintained and gives a very authentic vibe. Main bedroom bed was very comfortable. Very quiet location with incredible views. I saw more cats than people late at night. Would love to come back for a longer stay.

This place is incredible!! Serene surroundings, beautiful views and a lovely, clean and bright apartment! We wished we could have stayed longer. Such a beautiful stay to break up the trip and relax on one of the 2 patios with a glass of wine and the end of a busy traveling week. Highly recommend this apartment.

We stayed seven nights in the accommodation and felt comfortable. Communication was very good and Maurizio helpful and the reception warm (including cake). The house and surroundings are very nice, you have a great view of the countryside and can take small hikes from the house. On the terrace there are seating areas, in the sun and in the shade of trees. Supermarkets and Orvieto are quickly accessible by car. Excursions to Bolsena and Civitia di Bagnoregio, which can be reached within half an hour's drive, are recommended. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the pool because the weather was still too cool. We highly recommend this property.

Our days were filled with adventure as we embarked on various hiking trails and visits to nearby vineyards and historic towns. The hosts at Palazzzetto di Marmo went above and beyond in providing us with everything we needed. From the warm welcome to the thoughtful recommendations on local attractions, we felt well taken care of at all times. In summary, our stay at Palazzetto di Marmo exceeded every expectation. An absolute gem! The host is wonderful and the accommodations gorgeous. Great little town!

My family of 5 loved it. To say this is a unique experience would be an understatement. There are subterranean Etruscan chambers that lead to a private terrace with amazing views. The beds are comfortable and the setting is amazing. The kitchen was perfect for making home meals and everyone has space to spread out. If you want to stay in Civita (and you are up for the foot bridge leading into the city) look no further.

Just wow! Simona & Luca's place surpassed all our expectations - and they were already very high from the lovely pictures and reviews. From the most peaceful and tranquil gardens and surroundings, the warm welcome, the comfiest bed, the attention to detail with everything we could possibly need, the pool area with stunning sunset evenings, the easy distance to wonderful Orvieto, the homemade olive oil and handpicked apricots from the garden, to our new friends Rocco the dog and the lovely cats - we loved everything and will absolutely be back as soon as possible.
