In a house steeped in history, within walking distance of downtown Nérac, the proposed apartment was completely renovated in 2018. Composed of a living room, an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet, this accommodation located on the 1st floor is bright. It has an independent entrance. Comfortably furnished for two people and located in our small village of Castet- Arrouy, come and relax in this quiet and elegant accommodation. Dogs are allowed under conditions. This year, we have chosen to request a supplement of €3 per pet per day. There's more housekeeping and cleaning to do after your four-legged friends leave. Thank you for understanding.

This comfortable and spacious house, located between Gers and Tarn-Garonne, will offer you the quietness of the countryside close to all amenities, to spend pleasant family vacations. We prefer family rentals. We refuse to allow our home to be used as a venue for parties and events. These are strictly prohibited.
