In fact the freshness of the room is thank to "exterior insulation and finishing system" (EIFS). Prices are low. The breakfast room has a little cooking corner with a dishwasher and a microwave oven. Struttura dotata di giardino, smart TV, cucina attrezzata con pentole, stoviglie, forno, microonde, frigo, lavastoviglie e piano cottura, un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto matrimoniale. È in un contesto agricolo. E' quindi possibile il passaggio di macchinari agricoli che creano rumore, sia in giorni festivi che in orari mattutini. Animali ammessi su richiesta e potrebbe essere chiesto un supplemento.
