Vacation rentals with a patio in Castelsardo

L'appartement de Ludovica, super, rien à redire, tout est parfait, propreté, emplacement. Ludovica communique avec ses hôtes, veille à ce que tout se passe bien. L'appartement est moderne, très bien équipé. Nous avons passé 9 jours avec 2 ados. Si nous revenons en Sardaigne, nous retournerons sans hésiter chez Ludivica.

Gute Kommunikation, super Ausstattung. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Immer wieder gerne.

The location was perfect, quiet, in a residential area but an easy walk to the beach, marina and restaurants. The apartment was as per the photos and super clean. Carmen was very responsive and provided some suggestions for the area. We were only there 2 nights but I wish we had stayed longer.

Notre hôte andrea a été très accueillant et chaleureux, très serviable. Nous avons adoré échanger avec lui. Merci encore ! L’hébergement est super, nous avons eu un peu froid et il n’y a pas de rideau occultant si jamais cela est important pour vous. Nous avons adoré notre nuit.

Casa molto pulita, all’interno abbiamo trovato ogni benefit, dai prodotti primari in cucina alle pods per le lavatrici. Roberta sempre disponibile!

Le logement était magnifique dans un cadre idyllique. Sans voiture sur place, je me suis parfaitement débrouillée avec les bus autour du logement (le 1 pour le centre et le 514 pour les plages). Je recommande fortement !

We hadden fantastische dagen in het huis van Marco. Het is een heel mooi huis met ruime slaap- en badkamers. Sara heeft ons vriendelijk ontvangen en veel tips gegeven. Het is rustig gelegen en op loopafstand van de haven. Perfect dus!

Die Unterkunft war groß und geräumig, zwei sehr schöne sanierte Badezimmer, zwei sehr große Terrassen mit jeweils sehr gepflegtem Garten und eine dritte Dachterrasse mit Rundumblick. Die Küche besaß alles was wir brauchten inklusive einem modernen 4-Felder-Induktionsherd. Das Warmwasser funktionierte überall einwandfrei und es gab bequeme Gartenmöbel in ausreichender Anzahl. Die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer waren ebenfalls bequem. Im Nachbarort Santa Teresa, der in wenigen Fahrminuten erreichbar ist, gibt es gute und leckere Gastronomie, die wir auch mehrfach genossen haben. Die ganze Gegend hat uns toll gefallen und unser Vermieter Matteo und sein Team sind jederzeit leicht erreichbar, sollte man sie brauchen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Danke, Matteo!

Un petit coin de paradis, vue exceptionnelle, calme et à deux pas de petites criques très mignonnes. De plus, Franscesca et Christian sont des hôtes disponobles et de bons conseils. On a hâte de retourner chez eux pour un prochain voyage en Sardaigne.

We were a group of 10 and had an absolute amazing stay at the S’ARD House. The house and cottage has rooms with great space and private bathrooms. Kitchen is well equipped and Valentina was very responsive. The location is very nice if you want to have a nice view of the sunset, a peaceful stay and be 20min drive from a lot of nice beaches. Supermarkets are also 10min away.

Résidence et cadre magnifique, proche de la nature, plus beau coucher de soleil de Sardaigne à 10 minutes (Li Cossi), Natalia a été très agréable et très réactive. Je recommande.

We had an absolutely incredible stay! The views of the sea were breathtaking – waking up to that every morning was sunrise views was spectacular 👌. The property is beautifully renovated, combining modern style with the charm of the location. Everything was spotless, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed, providing a serene atmosphere that truly allowed us to relax and unwind. The amenities were perfect; every detail seemed to be covered, from kitchen essentials to comfortable furnishings. Simone & team were exceptionally responsive and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed and answering any questions promptly. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a memorable, high-quality escape by the sea!

Il soggiorno è stato davvero molto piacevole, avevamo pensato di stare tre giorni poi siamo rimasti oltre tre giorni. L’appartamento è in una posizione strategica vicino a tutte le spiagge più belle. Un gran bel soggiorno, torneremo di sicuro

I can’t say enough about how great this place was! Stefano was our host and greeted us at check in. He was very responsive and gave us the BEST recommendations. He had his brother in law reserve us tables his own restaurant. I will 100% be staying here the next time i return to Sardinia.

Our stay was perfect! Aggie and Magda (cohost) were very friendly and provided all the helpful information. Apartment is beautiful, close to the breathtaking beaches, stores, etc. we enjoyed it so much!

На фото этого не видно, но это двухэтажные апартаменты: - на первом этаже кухня, душевая, гостиная с диваном и телевизором и выходом на террасу - на втором этаже две спальни с ванной В квартире было все необходимое. Около апартаментов есть бесплатная паковка на улице. Очень удобное расположение - рядом все большие супермаркеты и Ольбия также недалеко. Интернет нормальный, лучше чем в среднем по Сардинии. Но иногда приходилось раздавать с мобильного интернета. Единственное, кровать слегка короткая - с ростом 176+ см ноги свисают. А так отличая квартира и отзывчивый хост. Полностью рекомендую.

Spent a week in Castelsardo. The apartment was a nice size for the two of us. The kitchen was adequately equipped, the bed was comfortable. The large terrace overlooking the Mediterranean was spectacular. The problem we had in early to mid September was overcast skies and a roaring wind over a few days which prohibited its use. The pool on the roof is very nice. The agency working for the host responded very quickly. In short, we recommend Patrick’s place for a pleasant stay in Sardinia.

Alles super, schöner Wintergarten und Terrasse, Tennisanlage und Pool waren auch perfekt. Tennisschläger und Tennisbälle gab es auch in der Wohnung. Mit dem Anwohnerparkschein, der bereitgestellt wurde, konnten wir uns Geld beim Parken an den Stränden sparen. Als die Klimaanlage und der Ofen zeitgleich an waren, ist die Hauptsicherung rausgeflogen. Uns wurde aber schnell geholfen, wo der Schalter zu finden ist. Der wlan Router hatte einmal kein Internet, auf Nachfrage hat Antonella den Provider kontaktiert und das Problem war in 5 Minuten behoben. Somit 5/5 Sterne für alles.
