Rare and atypical, this house is my treasure! ⚠️2 adorable cats are to be fed during your stay. Very grateful to the hosts, they sometimes bring back "gifts" (birds, voles) that are not always appreciated by humans!!! Please remember to bring your sheets, comforter cover and pillowcases.

Absolute quiet, large garden and shared swimming pool (17x6m) with 3 other gites in an old barn (not overlooked). Situated on the hillsides, the house is just a few minutes' drive from some of the most beautiful sites in the Dordogne.

Notre petite grange se compose d'une grande pièce à vivre de 30m² avec coin cuisine, coin salle à manger, coin salon (avec son canapé lit couchage double 140cm), coin nuit (avec son lit en 160) et une salle d'eau avec wc. Vous aurez un coin de jardin privé à votre disposition. Idéale pour 2 personnes, elle peut néanmoins accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes avec son canapé lit. Chauffage par poêle à granulés. Les granulés sont fournis.

We are pleased to welcome you to the heart of the Périgord Noir, close to all major sites to visit, 800 m from the Dordogne, 7 km from Beynac and 17 km from Sarlat. Our three-bed gîte is very suitable for a couple with a child. It consists of a living room/kitchen, a bedroom with a 140 bed and a bedroom with an 80 bed, shower room/toilet, private terrace and free parking on the property. The gîte is close to all shops.
