The property is stunning. You will feel at home! Everything is very clean. It is a private place, you don’t have other houses around the house, so if you are looking for a relaxing place, this is it. The decoration and furniture are exceptional. The host replied very fast to your call or texts if you need something. He was very kind and helpful. We called him almost at midnight because we were lost and he replied to our call quickly and very nicely!!! 100% recommended 💕

Amazing place, absolutely charming, very well equipped and clean. Beautiful location to explore Castelo de Vide and Marvão. We had a perfect time with great tips from José and a very welcoming feeling! We recommend !!

Casa muito tranquila, com todas as comodidades necessárias e um enquadramento paisagístico belíssimo. O meu filho mais novo adorou brincar no jardim. Anfitrião atencioso e proativo. Ótima opção para uns dias de descanso. A repetir.

hartelijke ontvangst, ik kreeg een grotere kamer die vrij was met veel lichtinval en een groot terras. het is er erg rustig en privé, in de nabijheid van Filipa en haar echtgenoot die altijd klaar stonden en een geweldige service gaven. Een aanrader!

Luis was a fantastic host - responsive and always of service. The lodgings were fantastic - clean, comfortable, had everything that was needed and more, and in a part of the village I found SO interesting (the medieval part). It was close to the village centre and all that was needed for a pleasant stay. I HIGHLY recommend Luis and his lodgings, and the village of Castelo de Vide for what could be described as nothing less than a STELLAR travel experience! Jaye

Excelente casa e local. A voltar em breve

Die Wohnung ist erstklassig, top ausgestattet und wunderbar gelegen. Das Ambiente an diesem Ort zu leben ist einzigartig, wir konnten uns kaum trennen. Wir haben uns jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang von der Burgmauer angeschaut. Anabela ist ein Top Gastgeber der sofort reagiert und keine Fragen offen lässt. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und empfehle diese Unterkunft weiter.

Le logement d'Alice et Filipa est vraiment très bien. Il est confortable, propre et bien décoré, il était calme et bien situé, à deux pas de la place principale, des restaurants, et des commerces. Belles attentions à notre arrivée, fruits café, petits gâteaux, eau au frais. Parfait pour découvrir cette partie de l’Alentejo.

Appartement très propre avec une jolie terrasse. De plus, c’est très calme et on peut tout visiter pied. Le stationnement est facile sur la route qui fait le tour du quartier historique. Ce quartier est magnifique. Nous avons tout simplement adoré notre séjour. José est un hôte attentionné: merci!

Très joli appartement décoré avec gout. Propre et bien rangé. Un petit cadeau de bienvenue. (gastronomie locale) nous attendait sur la table. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le geste ainsi que de l eau fraîche au frigo. On recommande vivement.

One of the nicest apartments we have stayed in. We arrived in a heatwave and even without the aircon, the building is lovely and cool. The thick walls keep it insulated and it is also really quiet at night. Eduardo met us in person after helpfully directing us to parking and to the apartment itself by using photos of the route. He spent time telling us about the town, the area and its history. He even gave us an itinerary of all the key places and landmarks to visit as well as a variety of restaurant options. The apartment is so well equipped that we were also able to prepare our own meals. All the basics that you need to cook are generously supplied. We also received a delicious welcome basket of local goodies. Eduardo’s marmalade is the best! The bed was so comfortable and we slept really well. We were also able to do our washing which made a huge difference for our onward journey in Portugal. Thanks Eduardo for making our stay in Castelo de Vide really special!
