I had a fabulous stay at this cottage. The location was quiet and perfect for relaxing days. The house was extremely clean, compact and fully equipped – nothing was missing. The host, Marcella, was very friendly, caring and helpful. She was always quick to respond to our questions, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Thank you Marcella! Will definitely come back!

Very nicely located accommodation on the hills on the outskirts of Genoa. The view down towards the sea is wonderful and the great garden with sea views invites you to linger. The accommodation has everything you need for a stay, the kitchen is very well equipped and there is also a washing machine and dryer. The property is easily accessible by public transport, but you always have to ride at least 30-45 minutes by bus to reach Genoa. Shops are also a bit away. All in all, we recommend the place for sure.

Caterina's pretty cottage is a bit hidden but still centrally located in the interesting district of Quinto al Mare. A really big plus is the parking space outside the door. Caterina gave us a lively introduction upon our arrival: uphill with honking, sharp left! Perfect! You can travel the entire coast by train; buses also run. We felt very comfortable in the house, even though it was raining outside. Caterina even had sightseeing tips for us for rainy weather. You can shop in the immediate vicinity and cook delicious food in the kitchen. We will come back in more summery weather and explore Quinto even more closely. Then we also use the cute terrace. Some of the most breathtaking views I've ever seen. Ale's home is gorgeous, cosy and unique and a real treasure for book lovers. It was beautifully cool on the hottest days and the shaded balcony gave endless views of the sea, really a gem of a place!! Ale was incredibly helpful and kind, and did his best to accommodate us in every way. We had truly a fantastic time. Would very much recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy house with a lovely garden and balcony. The hosts were very accommodating and made us feel welcome from the start. The location is great, just a short walk from the town center, which made it easy to explore. The only challenge we faced was finding parking, but other than that, everything was great. Highly recommend!

The apartment has positive and negative aspects. It is located in a very convenient location, really convenient for visiting the city. Nearby you will find two supermarkets and, right below, a bakery practically always open. The person who welcomed us gave us a lot of useful and valuable guidance. The apartment is clean and the bathroom spacious. However, it is good to know that the apartment is on the second floor and the stairs are steep and narrow, difficult for those with strollers, disabilities or heavy luggage. The only window overlooks the building in front of and above a professional kitchen, so it's impossible to keep it open and change air during kitchen work hours. The floor is a little sloping. But these are details that only weigh on if you spend time, if you only use it to sleep it is perfect.

Iva’s apartment was superb in every way! Convenient location outside the city, very clean, very well stocked with everything we could possibly need, snacks and drinks and coffee for our use, and most of all an extremely responsive and friendly host who saw to our every need. I highly recommend this place and would gladly stay again!

The stay was great, and Rolf is great! He accompanies us at check-in and check-out, in addition to giving all the necessary information. It was excellent, and it has a large parking lot inside the property that is excellent for those traveling by car. The place is close to the historic center and has a great location, and the entire tour can be done on foot for those who like to walk. I loved the stay.

Very nice and functional apartment. To park, do not hesitate to look for a spot a little higher up the street. Pizzeria right next door and supermarket nearby. We did the center on foot because it's not far away. Francesco had left the essentials and special touches for our arrival, it was very nice. He answered any questions we had. We had a pleasant stay. I would recommend the property and Cristina (and her husband Alberto) without hesitation. The property was well-equipped, had a verdant garden and a comfortable bed. Cristina and Alberto were very kind, quickly responded to any communications and issues, and very generously provided some high-quality food and drink for me and my partner upon our arrival. Boccadasse is a picturesque area and idyllic midweek. I would recommend the property to anyone and would undoubtedly return in any prospective future visits to Genova.

We really enjoyed our stay Chiara’s place. We can’t say enough about her - she is just an angel! She is someone who really cares about people. She did everything she could and more to ensure our absolute satisfaction. Her apt was very unique, with cool decor from family’s old pharmacy, among other things. Spacious, comfortable beds, kitchen facilities, bathroom supplies/towels all perfectly. She responds very quickly and always with a caring smile, We would absolutely come again!

An excellent apartment equipped with everything needed for a one-week stay. Great location, very convenient: the city center is 15 minutes away, and the metro is nearby if needed. Giulia is a kind and understanding host, always available and responsive. Highly recommended!

The painter's house is a wonderful, personal place. With magnificent views, beautiful garden, individually furnished apartment. Only the traffic on the Via Aurelia and the trains disturb the otherwise fabulous location on the Golfo Paradiso a little. Thanks to our warm hosts who have a pleasant sense of sustainability: water carbonators, avoiding plastic, heating with pellets, electricity generation via photovoltaics. We felt very comfortable.

CARLO was very responsive and explained the route to get us from the station to the accommodation and was waiting for us at the agreed time. Very quiet accommodation and thoughtful touches to make our stay enjoyable (coffee, tea, butter, jam, juice etc.) not to mention toothbrushes made available just in case. In a word, impeccable

Spacious and clean accommodation in the medieval city of Genoa. Lively neighborhood with lots of shops. We really enjoyed having 2 separate beds (proposed by Luca). We would recommend this listing.
