The Garden of Dreams

A peaceful corner in the historic center. Crossing the threshold means discovering a hidden oasis where history and nature intertwine for a unique stay. The house has a triple room and a double room, both with air conditioning, TV and Wi-Fi. Upstairs, there is a bathroom with a bathtub; downstairs (accessible by an external staircase), there is an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. Exclusive access to the upper floor of the garden, surrounded by greenery and overlooking the sea, completes the experience.

The house is located in the heart of the ancient village of medieval Gaeta with an enchanting view of the gulf. The house has a separate entrance and is equipped with three spacious bedrooms, all with direct access to the garden terrace, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and a dining area. You can walk to the best restaurants and bars. To reach the house there are about ten steps. The house is in a limited traffic zone in July only on the evening of the weekend and in August every day from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m.

The small building is located in a side street of Via Indipendenza, the ancient seaside village, at the top of a flight of stairs.The space is very well looked after and equipped with every comfort,here you can spend your holidays in a typical period accommodation. The apartment is on 3 floors, has 2 bedrooms with two double beds (both with air conditioning) and overlooking the sea,and 2 single beds on a mezzanine (with fan). The house has a beautiful terrace with kitchen that you will love!

The house is well illuminated and comfortable, with classy finishes. Is also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!

Living Sperlonga e' una bellissima casa con accesso diretto al mare, situata su una delle piu' belle spiaggie di Sperlonga. Siamo in via salette dove un accesso privato con un viale di circa 70 metri porta alla casa sul mare. La casa e' di 90 mq con ampio spazio esterno e giardino ed e' composta da: ampio salone, cucina, tre camere da letto e due bagni di cui uno esterno. Ci sono in dotazione anche lettini ed ombrelloni per godersi in pieno il mare di Sperlonga.
