Celine’s house is a gem! It is absolutely perfect especially for family with small kids. There’s a dream playroom in the house and a good size playground outside. Our kids didn’t want to leave the house! Celine has thought of everything from a welcome gift with wine, drinks, chips and even fresh lemons from her garden to kids’ amenities like high chair, cot, kids cutlery. Her place is also sparkly clean and the view is just gorgeous. I would have given it more than 5 stars if I can!

This studio is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Roselyne was a gracious, helpful, and responsive host. The amenities were wonderful, especially the terrace, the pool, and the rain shower next to the sauna! We certainly felt spoiled enjoying expresso on the terrace as the sun rose over the Mediterranean and a swim after lunch in the private pool. We were close enough to enjoy cappuccino and croissants in Italy in the morning and walk to the beach in Menton. Beware its a good 30 minute walk with many steps on the return trip, but well worth it! We arrived late after a day of exploring and the delicious French cheese, yogurt, jam and bread left for us were such a lovely surprise....it was difficult to leave this comfortable, clean, and beautiful place.

For our stay with Dorina in Menton, you can only give five stars. It is an exceptionally good and equipped house. You have absolute privacy. It all works perfectly, the house is in new condition. Dorina answered all questions immediately and accurately. She is an extremely dutiful, helpful and very friendly host. We felt extraordinarily comfortable in Menton. Thanks for the great time!

Yves and Ilaria have a beautiful apartment and were very helpful to us. There were four adults and a five month old baby in our group and the space was great. We used the sofa bed which was very comfortable. The patio area is great. It's private and quiet. The location is fantastic - just across the road from lovely beaches and restaurants and an easy walk to old town, the markets and more restaurants and shops. Really good supermarket across the road. It's a very convenient place to stay. The pool is lovely to have too. Just a 10 minute walk from Menton Garavan train station. We'd highly recommend it. Thanks Ilaria.

Perfect accommodation for 5 people. Both quiet and close to many sites to visit, such as Monaco, Menton, characterful villages in the hinterland, Italy...But you have to be transported. The free parking space within the accommodation is very convenient! Beautiful environment despite the rain present during our stay! Great communication with Celine! Thank you for your warm welcome!

Beautiful complex, very hospitable family, warm and prompt communication. The location is a bit remote, but feasible for good drivers in narrow streets. Pool and garden are top and very well maintained, a place to feel comfortable, the sounds of the nearby highway bridge are all the Beautiful to be neglected. We can highly recommend the place. Ideal for families.

Nice small apartment, well equipped, with balcony with table and lounge furniture. We didn't use the pool, but on warmer days it can be very pleasant. The location is very good. Not 5 minutes to the nearest beach, restaurants and shopping within walking distance. There are excellent cakes in the bakery 100 around the corner. Communication with Charles by email went very well. The keys were handed over to us by the landlord's father. My e-bike was stolen from me during my time in Menton. Very quickly after emailing Charles, his father came from him and drove with us several times to the police in Menton and helped us a lot. Impressive! We are extremely grateful for this support

Elena was a cozy and accommodating host. The location of her structure is really sheltered. The window of the apartment overlooks the sea directly, giving you a breathtaking view. The room was clean and equipped with everything you need, especially in the bathroom. I thank the host so much for having arranged for his guests to use a parking space in the garage, as Varigotti is difficult to park, but easy to reach on foot from the apartment enjoying a promenade walk

This is a fabulous location - great for the tennis at Monte Carlo. Having three tennis courts and open air sea water swimming pool was added bonus. I personally loved the walk to the boulangerie every morning along the seafront!! We have stayed in a different apartment in the same building before which was great but Arnaud's place was much better for our needs - we loved it. Arnaud provided us with extremely useful information and helped us with our travel arrangements from the train station to the apartment. Patti was a pleasure to meet and show us to the apartment. Fantastic place - would thoroughly recommend.

Very spacious and functional accommodation, well-equipped. Terrace with nice hot tub. Plancha and barbecue available. Our host is very attentive and responsive. The space was very clean. Located in the heights of Menton which avoids the hustle and bustle of downtown but close to the highway that can be heard from the terrace. On the other hand, no noise in the accommodation which is very quiet.

We had a great time for Christmas at Filippo's place. There were 7 of us, including a 91-year-old grandpa who loved the place. The accommodation is very beautiful with a magnificent sea view in a very peaceful area. It is very well equipped on the kitchen level. The bathrooms have bathtubs with shower head. The 4 bedrooms are very nice. 3 are attic. It's a little hard to find but Vanessa came to pick us up. The access by car is very steep but you get there quickly. There is a parking space in front of the building. We loved our stay, and had a lot of fun thanks to the pool table and little foosball!

Beautiful apartment in a great location. We loved the security of the building and the convenient private parking spot so close to the unit. The views were amazing. The apartment is clean and modern. Huge bathroom with a great shower. Well appointed kitchen with all the things that you need. The mattress on the pullout sofa was a little too soft for my lower back. Overall, a great experience. a lovely apartment very well kitted out and clean some very nice touches lots of useful things in the kitchen and some supplies when we arrived which was great. comfortable warm and cozy we would have liked to have experienced the pool the weather when we were there was unfortunately too cold. A good bus service down to Monaco and gained access to the climbing on Tete du chien with a 15-minute cycle ride on electric bikes. Needed the extra power to get up the hill. Just the ticket.

We felt at home, the hosts have a big heart and we are happy to share local products and their beautiful region and to please you with small welcome surprises. Our dogs loved the large garden and walks in the forest. Our only regret is not staying longer. Paola is a wonderful person always attentive to us and with impeccable responsiveness. The private parking space is a real asset in Menton! Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and well explained. Hosts were very responsive and always available when needed. A light-flooded, very tastefully furnished attic apartment, in which we felt right at home and in which nothing was missing! From the large kitchen-living room and balcony you have a great view over the countryside and Alassio to the sea. The sheep room has a bed with a top mattress for a good night's sleep. The garage for a small to medium-sized car directly in the building is also practical. From there you can reach the apartment via 70 smooth stairs. The building does not have an elevator. For us, this was not a problem and we had our daily sports program right away.
