Rilassati e ricaricati in quest'oasi di quiete ed eleganza proprio sulla spiaggia! Casa sul mare a soli 4 km dal centro di Cefalù. La casa fa parte di un complesso di villette a schiera posizionate a pochi passi dal mare. La spiaggia su cui si affaccia è tra le più belle ed incontaminate del territorio, caratterizzata da sassi e ghiaia. Il fondale è quasi interamente di sabbia finissima (ma potrebbe cambiare a seconda delle mareggiate!) . In poche parole la vera casa sul mare!!!
