Open space surrounded by nature

Casa Namaste is a small stone cottage with well-kept interiors 1 km from the medieval village of Montescudaio. The house is completely surrounded by woods and centuries-old oaks. 150 meters away flows the Cecina river. In the 5000 square meter garden there is a natural spring with a large stone tub to cool off and an outdoor hot shower surrounded by greenery. We have a Vodafone adsl line with download 33 and upload 1.4. Smart TV and air conditioning are also available starting this spring

The villa built entirely of stone gives our guests a relaxing stay in complete privacy but also pleasant excursions in the surroundings and the sea. The pool water is heated IMPORTANT: it is heated in the mid-season periods 28° (May-June) (September-November) IMPORTANT: We are immersed in nature and in the woods so there are flying insects! Torre dei Belforti is the perfect place for people who love beauty, nature and art. Sleeping at the Tower is like traveling trough the time, between knights and princesses. The wonder of this place is enriched by a big garden, with its swimming pool, the cypresses alleys and the olive trees. The village is also a magic place well preserved and still alive. We are Emilia and Luca, we live here and our mission is to give the best to our guests, to fully enjoy this marvelous place.

"Il Frassino" Country House

Il Frassino is a charming little house built in 2024, consisting of a large room organized into air-conditioned living and sleeping areas, a bathroom with shower, an air-conditioned solar greenhouse and a porch. Typical Tuscan garden with large shaded areas; a hedge separates it from the Accattapane road. Relaxation space available for any activity and car parking. In front of the Frassino there is another small house, Il Corbezzolo, belonging to the agriturismo.

Located in the pedestrian centre of Castagneto Carducci, garden apartment with amazing view toward the valley and the sea. The apartment has own big garden with BBQ and large terrace for dining. The property is high-standard furnished and has an independent entrance from the garden. Two bedrooms. Toll Parking 1' min walking, free parking 3' walking. Basic services (pharmacy, banks with ATM, food shops) are available at walking distance in the village center.

La Torre-Luxury attic - BEACH FRONT - Tuscany

La Torre is a unique apartment, selected from travel magazines throughout Italy. On the beach and in the center. It has 2 bedrooms (one double and one single), a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room with a sea view. The terrace is habitable, with a table, chairs, and a relaxation area with sofas. The house is located on the second and top floor, without an elevator. A 2-minute walk from the house there is a private garage to be booked, €12/night.

It is immersed in a peaceful countryside surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and woodland and enjoys a beautiful view of the sea and the castle of Castagneto Carducci. At the same time its position allows you to reach the village in just 10 minutes by foot and the beaches of Marina di Castagneto in 10 minutes by car or bus.

Annex immersed in the garden of a typical Tuscan farm, we are in the countryside of Marina di Castagneto Carducci close to the sea, which can be reached on foot or by bike along the adjacent cycle path for about 2 km.
