Location is private and quiet but close to all of the great things to do in Venice. Agnes is very responsive to any needs and questions. Her place is great. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms and kitchen was clean and well supplied with everything we needed for cooking and preparing meals. We’ve stayed in Venice the last 4 years and this was the best thanks to Agnes and her place!!

This was our first trip to Florida to visit family and sight see for a week. This was centrally located for both. Quiet neighborhood, comfy bed, wonderful shower and the whole unit is very clean. It even has a private patio that is perfect for morning coffee or evening glass of wine. My wife and highly recommend the place. We will definitely come back!

Place was as advertised and fully stocked. Only need to bring yourself and clothes. Golf courses both nice and in great shape - just have to pay $30 cart fee. Plantation golf club pool was large and clean, gym was small but adequate and clubhouse food was decent. If you are ok playing golf in the afternoon purse is essentially empty. Location convenient and close to highway route 75 and route 41 Tamiami. Prompt communication with Paul when needed. Would definitely recommend if you like golf and want to be in Venice.
