The room was amazing! My wife and I really loved staying here. The room is beautiful and very clean as well as very comfortable. We'll definitely be back again!

Great view in a secluded location. Violet room faced the mountains and made for an outstanding morning and afternoon view. The building itself is dated, but the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The wi-fi worked well and the TVs were easy to connect. The common room was cozy, and coffee was easy to access. It is up a private one-way driveway, which may be a negative for some, but was no problem. Overall, the view and cleanliness give this spot a great boost. I think it is slightly overpriced for the amenities and location, but I could see an appeal for larger groups, single nights, or weddings at Parker Mill.

We enjoyed our brief stay. Clean, affordable and great location! Staff was top notch. We will be back to visit soon!

Great spot, walking distance to downtown. stayed here for a couple nights to play at waynesville golf club.

We had an amazing stay! This is right in the heart of Asheville and we could walk to so many restaurants and stores. John was also really easy to work with and would get back to me seconds after I sent a text. He also allowed us to check in 1 hour early which was unexpected but much appreciated. The place itself is beautiful and the perfect size for 2 couples. There were a lot of great features like a washer/dryer with detergent provided, coffee, a Vitamix, etc. Definitely recommend checking out Asheville and staying here while you do!

For my quick trip this was a perfect place. Right downtown Sylva newly renovated everything there. If you like being in town this is a perfect spot. You can walk to all of the restaurants and shops of downtown Sylva

Driving up the road to the place was a little different especially at night. But we did get used to it. The nest was beautifully appointed with great decorations that made you feel like you were in a cabin. The place was outstanding, one of the better hosts that I’ve ever had interaction with. A few things that I would add to the property but all in all everything that you really need. The Wi-Fi was a little spotty as I was trying to do some work. Great location in Maggie Valley so close to so many things. If you definitely want to be up in the mountains with outstanding views, this is the place for you. The newly added outdoor fireplace was great to have.

This Airbnb offered a great location and was clean. The host was also responsive, which I appreciated. I also found it to be well-appointed. Beyond that, the view was absolutely stunning, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to my stay.

Although the weather didn't quite cooperate for us, it didn't diminish our stay one bit. We absolutely enjoyed ourselves from the time we got to the cabin until the time we left. The accommodations were great and the views from the mountain top were absolutely stunning. Will definitely be staying here again!

Marisa’s house is a beautiful cabin that was worth every penny. It is convenient to Brevard and the Pisgah Forest for the fishing and outdoor enthusiast. Marisa was very accommodating to my group and was prompt to responding to messages. The house was clean and lacked no amenities. The kitchen was well furnished with pots, pans, etc. and linens were plentiful. I would recommend Marisa’s place for anyone hoping to get away and stay in a beautiful part of North Carolina.

We needed a place for our blended family to finally meet and have time together. One of the bedrooms had bunks which became the kids room. They loved it. They also loved the game room, playground and bathing in the heart shaped jacuzzi. The view is amazing, overlooking a pond with the mountains in the background. We had groups playing golf and tennis. It was too cold for the pool but I’m sure the kids would have been there if it was warm. There is a beautiful waterfall closer than I thought. There was plenty of room for everyone to dine and just be together. It is definitely a place we will keep in mind for future gatherings.

My wife and I wanted to have a little get away for our 6 year anniversary, and we’re so glad we chose Julie’s place. It was super pretty inside and out, it was in a very quiet and relaxing area. Not only that but the view of the mountains and landscape from the sunroom, as well as the patio was absolutely gorgeous. My wife thoroughly enjoyed the tub, and how relaxing it was to soak in it. I loved most how Julie is dog friendly and our furry child loved running around in the dog yard. We are most definitely going to be planning to return again soon. Thank you so much for everything Julie!

Like the previous reviewers, I can't praise this place enough. The secluded location is gorgeous, with stupendous views. Inside, the house was spotless, spacious, fun, and simply had a wonderful vibe. Our four-night stay felt too short; we wish we'd had time for double that! If you want a true escape to relax and unwind, look no further – it's a perfect little slice of heaven.

The place is very nice, from the creek to relax in front of or the hot tub to get into:) Our weekend started warm then went colder and the fireplace in the house gets the place warm. The area is quiet. We had two ducks going around feeding and getting ready to nest. An eagle flew through and tried to get the ducks, they dove a couple times and the eagle left to go fishing. The area is mostly free from the damages of Helene. Plenty of birds coming and going all day:)
