Carol’s place was a welcome rest for us. We loved the place’s early 1900s feel yet with all the modern amenities you would want. Perfect location right downtown. Just a few steps to all the shops and restaurants. Carol was always quick to respond and very helpful. The place was spotless. TVs in both bedrooms and living room was nice. We will be back!

This home is a little slice of heaven. The view of the creek and all the trees is just what we needed for a change of scenery in March. The 4 seasons room with all the windows was the best place to hang out and had the most comfortable couch. The openness of the entire house helped us feel like we were all together all of the time. Being able to bring our dog was also a bonus. There's a door right on the deck with steps to the yard for the dog. She had a blast exploring the property! I would have thought that a place that allowed dogs would have had a dog smell, but it didn't at all. You'd never know that other dogs had stayed there. It snowed about 3 inches while we were there, and a snow shovel was left on the porch for us, which we did use. Anything and everything that you could possibly need was provided. I brought a few kitchen things I needed (like a hand mixer and kitchen brush for food), only to find that they had those items there! They literally provided everything!

I had a wonderful time here! So peaceful and private, great outdoor space, and the home was cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated! I felt right at home and was able to be comfortable quickly! Rachel was quick to respond, provided recommendations, and the pricing was perfect! Highly recommend for a family getaway, couples retreat, or even a solo mom trip (like myself)! LOVED staying at Jim’s place. Setting was absolutely perfect! Hard to find, but Jim warned us, so we only passed the driveway once! His place was stunning. The hot tub was SO nice and the view was PERFECTION! We would love to stay there again! We messaged with Jim with our group specific questions and his responses were VERY close to immediate! We had the best weekend! The beds were SUPER comfortable. We would absolutely love to stay here again!!! Definitely highly recommend!

Girls weekend at Van Etten Lake. House is adorable with plenty of amenities. The back deck is as where we spent most of our time. Large and comfy. We had a bonfire one night (thanks for leaving us some wood - it’s hard to gather on motorcycles ;)). Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of linens and towels. We had a beach day in Oscoda and we want to come back! Found some nice spots for dinners. The weekend was over way too soon! Thanks for a great spot!

Absolutely loved it here! Deb is so kind and welcoming. She has ALL your needs covered- just bring clothes and a toothbrush. Many little extras such as toiletries, flashlights, binoculars, umbrellas, exercise equipment, first aid kit,wine. The “fire fairy” even snuck out and refilled the wood wagon and firepit when we weren’t looking LOL. Very peaceful and waterview is perfect!

Morgan’s place was perfect and just what I needed for a quick weekend get away. The deck sits right on the water over looking the canal and I could sit there all day long. Short walk down to the private beach with beautiful sunset views. I will definitely be back and hopefully in the summer to check out more of what the cute little town of Caseville has to offer. 🩵

The home is as described. Very roomy, clean, comfortable beds, nice yard for cornhole, nice patio with Adirondacks and in a quiet neighborhood. Just a couple minutes from downtown where there are all kinds of bars, restaurants and shopping. The river is downtown as well and is a great place to walk. Highly recommend this home for your stay.

This was a great stay and we’d definitely stay here again when visiting Frankenmuth. If I could give cleanliness a 4.9 star, then I would have. The only thing was hair in the bedding in multiple rooms, which I’m guessing was accidental from the cleaners since the rooms were otherwise spotless and the beds impeccably made. It was so wonderful to have an actual house to relax in after a long day at the water parks and to have full control over making our own food. We were also able to spend time together, rather than being in separate hotel rooms and having to cram into one room if we want to chat or let the kids play together.

Very nice little place to stay and it was exactly what we needed. We were in the area for snowmobile races and it worked out perfectly for us. The listing photos matched the description, and for our little family of 3 it was perfect. It might be a little crowded if you were trying to put 6 people at the house, but, if you don't mind togetherness, it would be fine :) I always prefer to rent a house over a hotel room. Blake and Thomas were extremely helpful and quick to respond to messages. Highly recommend if you are in the area!

We had a great 3 night stay and it seems we had everything we needed while there. The kitchen was very well supplied for cooking and the place was extremely clean. The birds and squirrels were busy at the feeder and fun to watch. The trails were muddy in the afternoon but we expected that so we walked our dog in the morning and she loved it. Overall our stay was fantastic!

This was our second time staying here in just over a month. We loved it again and will be back in the spring hopefully! Super convenient walking access to the center of downtown and we can’t wait to stay when the ice cream shop below is open in the summer. That will make it even better!
