Dal solarium si gode una paradisiaca vista mare. Le più belle spiagge si trovano a 10 minuti d’auto, come Cala Brandinchi, Lu Impostu, La Cinta. La villa assicura ogni comfort (aria condizionata, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, microonde, macchina per caffè espresso, cassaforte). San Teodoro è vicinissimo

Surrounded by greenery it offers the scents of typical Mediterranean vegetation combined with the sea breeze. The villa is located in a quiet street in San Teodoro a few minutes from the beach (8 minutes on foot) and the center with access to all services. The house is on one level and has large outdoor areas equipped.The house is developed on one level with large open spaces.

The flat is located in the hamlet of Lu Fraili, on the edge of the village of San Teodoro, about 1000 m from the fabulous beach of Cala Brandinchi and about 3 km from the town centre. It is stylishly furnished and has all the comforts, a fully fenced garden, and private parking space. The flat is well equipped for those who want to cook at home, no oil, salt, pepper are provided. It has a beautiful covered patio where you can eat and spend evenings in tranquillity and relaxation.

La suite e’ situata nel comprensorio di Monte Contros a Porto San Paolo, dal quale si gode di una vista panoramica sul mare. La suite è formata da una camera da letto matrimoniale, un bagno privato e un giardino curato nel quale è situata la vasca idromassaggio ad uso esclusivo. L’alloggio è totalmente indipendente. Ogni dettaglio è stato curato per creare un'esperienza visiva pura, priva di distrazioni, che induce una sensazione di relax immediato come in un’oasi di pace.
