Vacation rentals with lake access in Casco

This was our second stay at Michael's house. The house is in a great location near the town of Windham and on the water. The house was clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. Michael was very helpful and attentive. We would definitely like to stay there again! Thank you so much!

This was our second trip to the Cove in Naples, Maine. We loved the fall colors and the sunshine on the water at the beach! My sister-in-law from California joined us to leaf peep and explore the surrounding area. Stephanie is always so kind. Had a card and a box of treats to help us celebrate our anniversary. The house is very relaxing and cozy, the neighbors are friendly and the lake is beautiful.

We stayed for eight days and loved it! It surpassed our expectations and the open floor plan allowed our three generation family to spend great time just talking and spending quality time together. We were met with some great snacks when we arrived which came into handy after a long day of traveling from the west coast. We were captivated by the beautiful landscape including amazing eagles plunging into the waters and catching fish. The changing tides meant the landscape and natural activities were always providing a new show to enjoy. We loved everything about this stay and would highly recommend it!

As Mainer living across the country, it is always nice to come. Unfortunately this trip was to attend my Mom's funeral. Pam's home was the right level of closeness to the rest of my family to make visiting easy. The place was the peaceful retreat I needed to visit with myself. Five minutes to most things a person living out of a suitcase could need. Also less then 5 minutes walk puts one at the boat launch for personal watercraft. A great place to sit for a few. The amenities were plentiful at the house and the character was Maine charming. Pam was wonderful and easy to communicate with at all stages. I will be back in the future. Matt

The house was exactly as described and perfect for a family getaway, even in winter. The kitchen has everything we needed, and was well stocked with necessary basics. The house was warm and the bedrooms a very good size with excellent storage. Our son particularly loved the loft area which he made his own space for the stay. Even in winter the private beach just a short walk down the street was very pretty and our dog enjoyed visiting to stretch his legs and run. The yard area was clean and the pet waste hatch is super handy. The local area has plenty to do (even in winter). We enjoyed some great hikes and some local snow tubing.

This is such a lovely place--really a beautiful location right on Thomas Pond with great views of the water! The house itself is well laid out-- it was perfect for our multi-generational family. Spotless, super comfortable, nicely stocked, it exceeded our expectations. And the hosts made us feel so welcome with many thoughtful items throughout the house, not to mention a welcome basket of hot cocoa and marshmallows, candy canes and chocolates as well as a very useful binder of recommendations for nearby things to do, places to eat, etc. We had a fantastic time here and hope to return next year!

My son had spring training for baseball in the area and we turned it into a mini vacation. We had the best stay at this property! My son enjoyed catching some large mouth bass right from the beach! The amenities are top of the line beautiful! The beds were so comfortable and the sheets so soft! We had everything we needed to cook a nice Easter dinner and the grill outside was perfect for other meals! The hot tub was the perfect way to relax at the end of each day! The kids were entertained in the basement with all of the games and huge TV! We would give this property more stars if we could! Beautiful and worth every penny!!!! The host was very responsive and kind! We hope to come back in the future!

This is the kind of airbnb I'm excited to visit and support -- really lovely, cozy place with a lot of character and everything we needed to make ourselves at home for a week. The proximity to Chocorua is fantastic and it's a good spring board to the lakes region & and the White Mountains. Becky is fantastic - super friendly, responsive, and kind. The wifi was strong enough for me to work there for a few days and we had all the supplies we needed to cook for ourselves. The only issue was the road noise, which was pretty loud during the day, but thankfully quieter in the nights.

Great spot at the center of Wilton. Comfortable bed. Close to restaurants. Responsive and courteous host.

We had a wonderful stay. Pat was very responsive and helpful, the place was comfortable, quiet and perfectly located. It was easy to come and go and the island is idyllic. We loved our first visit to Maine!

Susan’s place was the perfect spot for our getaway trip! The location and views were amazing and only a short trip to Portland. The space was spacious and exactly as pictured. We would stay here again.

Our stay at Tim & Joanne’s was great! We’d highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in this area. The hosts are very friendly, accommodating, and responsive. Anytime we had a question they were quick to help. The place itself is very cozy and we felt very comfy. The only thing we wish is it were a bit closer to Mt. Abram, which is where we were skiing, but that only applies to our situation. Overall it was a great place to stay with great hosts!

Jean’s place was amazing, and she was the perfect host! The apartment was perfect for us! The king size bed was so comfortable, and everything was just as described. The location on the lake was so peaceful and relaxing. Jean and Bob very generous and let us use their whole property including wonderful swings to rest on and lake kayaks and a paddle boat! We were scouting out places to buy near Winthrop, and Jean had some great advice and was super helpful! We will be back!

Beautiful spot on the water with great fishing, was a bunch of games inside for the kids which was a huge bonus enjoyed the stay.

The cottage was lovely with a fantastic view of the lake. The space was well-appointed and cozy. Lots of greats hikes. Conway has a lot of charm. Highly recommended!

Loved our time here! It’s about a 40 minute drive from Portland and then 5-10 from Brunswick. The neighborhood is quiet and perfect, exactly what we needed to relax! We loved coming back from Portland and grabbing dinner and gelato in Brunswick, such a nice way to unwind from a long day. Highly recommend and would love to stay here again :)

Janet’s place in Standish was great and we could not have asked for a better host. Apart from the home itself, Janet was very friendly and responsive. She even proactively offered early check in / late check out, extremely unexpected and appreciated! Would absolutely recommend this BNB 10 times out of 10.

I had a wonderful 4 night stay at the lake house and couldn't have asked for a better place to spend the little getaway. It is beautifully located on the lake and has this huge window in the living room from which you have an amazing view. The house has everything you need, even washing machine and dryer in the basement. I would 100% recommend this unique place! Christine has been super helpful throughout my stay.

Cheryl's home is cosy and quiet, and the photos don't quite do the place justice. It's an amazing spot since you can walk into town and access the trails to Pondicherry Park, and it's back off the road enough to feel private and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay, and especially the cupcakes that were there upon our arrival.

A group of friends and I stayed at Sheri and Adam’s and were blown away by the comfort and beauty of this spot! Even with a rainy, cloudy weekend, we were able to enjoy the location. The lake is beautiful and clean, the house is spacious and filled with amenities, and the surrounding area had everything we needed. Will definitely be back!
