A small outbuilding with a private terrace, inserted in the garden of a recently refurbished house. With 22 m2 this bright and spacious studio has a small kitchenette supply and a bathroom. It has a private entry and a cosy little garden outside. This place has all the modern amenities that will allow you to enjoy a quiet and peaceful stay. At the moment the house on the lot next door is just being built, which can make for some noise at certain times of the day.
