Exceptional 40 m² studio, Mont Dore hyper center

Unique charming studio in Mont Dore in the hyper center, south facing, with a balcony overlooking the park and mountains. Building facing the thermal baths, in the only listed building in Mont Dore that has largely contributed to the development of the city. This studio is the only one in this state with this level of services. In the past, the Queen of Romania came to stay. In 2018, France 3 TV even made a film about it. Completely renovated in 2020, all comforts and fully equipped. Capacity 2 people

Very nice 2-room apartment with balconies in the hyper center

In the hyper center, very nice apartment T2, 37 m² on the 2nd floor with balconies. Ideally located close to the thermal baths and all amenities. It consists of a pleasant living room combining living room and equipped kitchen as well as a sofa convertible into a 140cm bed. All facing south and west opening onto 2 balconies from which you can admire a magnificent panorama from Sancy to Puy de Gros. IT has one bedroom with storage and a queen bed in 180cm. Finally a bathroom with shower and WC.

The property ,located in an old farmhouse in the hamlet of La Fougère, has been fully renovated. It includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen living room and all the necessary amenities. All rooms have views of the Sancy Mountains. The living room kitchen has direct access to a closed terrace,and small garden . Ideal for lovers of calm and beautiful nature, hikers , children, anyone who wants to discover the regional park of the Auvergne volcanoes.. NB: No animals.

Very bright with two balconies and a sublime view of the Sancy massif It is located in the former Sarciron Palace, ideally located between the thermal baths, the casino and close to all shops. This apartment has been tastefully renovated to make you experience a wonderful vacation in Sarciron and Mont Dore.

This stylish place to stay is perfect for groups of families or friends. Friendly 60 m2 living room. The total occupancy for this listing is 18 people. Located in the pretty village of Mont Dore, supermarket 50 m away and shops and restaurants can be reached on foot (10/15 min) The slopes are about 10 minutes by car and a free shuttle near the accommodation can take you there. Very large garage for your cars and free and easy parking in front of the house.

Spacious, new, quiet, modern and bright "Les Garçons Chats" apartment, with magnificent views of the Sancy massif, ideal for your mountain vacation. At the start of the hiking trails to the waterfalls, Lake Guery, Banne d'Ordanche, etc... I will recommend the must-see sites and good addresses 60 m² accommodation located on the 1st floor, accommodating 2 to 4 people, large terrace, 2 km from the city center, rated 3* at the Tourist Office.
