É composta da due piani: il piano superiore non è in affitto, quello inferiore dispone di un'ampia zona giorno con cucina a vista, due camere da letto con bagni attigui. La casa è fresca e molto luminosa poiché dotata di numerose finestre. Inoltre, la struttura presenta all'esterno un ampio spazio dove potersi rilassare. Salendo pochi gradini poi, ci si ritrova davanti ad una piscina rialzata a sfioro immersa nel verde e nella natura.

Si tratta di un attico con tre terrazze, di cui una panoramica dalla qualle si possono ammirare le case bianche del paese, la campagna salentina e il mare di Gallipoli con il faro.
