The house consists of two apartments within a wing of the Gave manor house in Sorana, a little village in the heart of Svizzera Pesciatina in Tuscany. Far from the crowd of cities, it's the right place where to escape and find relax. Admire the original wood beam ceilings and wooden fixtures while sitting around the indoor fireplace or spend a sunny afternoon out in the garden under the pergola or in the swimming pool surrounded by the olive trees terraces (airbnb.com/h/casagavenaturarelax). The apartment, with separate entrance, is composed as follows: - kitchen-living room with wood burning fireplace complete with all appliances, microwave, kettle and TV; - double bedroom with wardrobe and sofa bed. Removable baby bed available on request; - bathroom with toilet, shower and bidet. The property was completely renovated in 2017 respecting the original features, such as ceilings with chestnut beams, local stone walls, chestnut window frames and wrought iron gates. The furniture are made of wood recovered from the original beams. Outside there are a pergola covered by a wisteria where you can relax or eat and a bbq available for lunches and dinners. A ping-pong table and table football are also available. As we live next to the apartment we are available for any need of the guest. The home is in a natural setting with multiple areas for scenic hikes to enjoy. Take a trip to the amazing Lucca or to the Montecarlo vineries, or to the seaside in Versilia, have a spa day at Montecatini Terme, visit the Pinocchio Park in Collodi, and enjoy authentic cuisine at the local restaurants. Stunning terrace view of the city and waterfront below, truly beautiful. The host met us at the train station and walked us to the place, we would not have found it otherwise. Recommend using the luggage service available, as the slope was a bit difficult for 65 year olds to manage our luggage. You must eat at the restaurant "Old School Cocktails and Food", just 20 meters from our entrance. We cancelled dining experiences elsewhere for this hometown and delicious Italian food/fellowship. The host was very responsive to a few minor issues, thank you Carolina for the wonderful stay!

We had an amazing 5 night stay at Annalisa's and Viola's property. Annalisa met us in at the main street to lead the way to the unit so check in was a breeze. I stayed here with my 6 year old and husband. Husband slept on the pullout couch and he was comfortable. Plenty of amenities and the ocean breeze through the front door was refreshing. A great base to explore the other towns.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay with Bryan and Sara! Reaching the accommodation requires a short hike, but you’re rewarded with stunning views – and the luggage is conveniently brought up by a small tractor. From the very beginning, everything was perfect. The house, garden, and pool are absolutely beautiful – a true little paradise. Everything was clean and lovingly maintained. Bryan and Sara are incredibly warm and welcoming hosts who do everything they can to make your stay special. Since we arrived late, Sara kindly offered to prepare a lovely dinner for us, and Bryan gave us a little pizza-making class – such a great experience! Their helpfulness and kindness, combined with the magical charm of the accommodation, made our stay truly unique and unforgettable. Thanks a lot :)

As others have said—all of the reviews are spot on! A unique setting in the countryside about 30 minutes drive to Parma on mountain roads, beautiful historic building and grounds (with tastefully updated bathrooms to go with the historic charm, plus even a clothes washer and dryer you can access, a rarity in Italy), and a consummate host in Maria Teresa. Using her knowledge and connections to get personalized tours of smaller local parmigiano and prosciutto factories was a real highlight, and we especially enjoyed the nearby Torrechiara castle as well. The kids loved her animals too. 10/10 stay!

Das gesamte Anwesen ist makellos sauber und strahlt eine wunderbare, friedliche Atmosphäre aus. Für unsere Kinder und uns war der Pool vor der atemberaubenden Bergkulisse das tägliche Highlight – ein perfekter Ort zum Abschalten und Genießen. Die Lage ist fantastisch, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen und gleichzeitig aktiv zu sein. Wir haben die Gegend auf mehreren wunderschönen Wandertouren erkundet. Was den Aufenthalt aber wirklich besonders macht, sind die Gastgeber: Chris und Joanna sind unglaublich warmherzig und hilfsbereit. Ihre Gastfreundschaft ist außergewöhnlich. Wir können diesen Ort nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Michele hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert, wir hatten sogar einen gratis Fahrservice zum Bahnhof um in den Nationalpark zu fahren, incl. Beratung. Er hat uns sehr gute Restaurants empfohlen und sogar für reserviert. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und er ist sehr bemüht um jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und würden die Unterkunft auch weiter empfehlen. Daumen hoch, herzlichen Dank Michele 👌🏼🥂

Es hat uns sehr gefallen und war alles gut. Konnte gut schlafen. Alles war zu Fuss erreichbar. Sehr modernes und smartes Haus. Aus eigene Erfahrung bei vielen Airbnbs die ich gebucht habe, empfehle ich Deborah einige Gewürzte wie Salz, Pfeffer und etc. und noch einige Waschmittel für die Geschirre für paar Tage als Notfall lassen. Wohnzimmer top ausgestattet. Was aber noch gut wäre, ist ein Salontisch vor dem Sofa, wo sehr nutzbar ist. Ansonsten alles okay und tip top wie die Bilder. Danke Deborah.

Nach einem kurzen schreck, da wir sehr spät ankamen und die Straßen nicht kannten, sind qir zu einem der schönsten Orten aufgewacht seitdem wir Airbnb benutzen. Meine Mutter meinte das war bisher der Beste Fund den wir je hatten. Die Lage, Aussicht, Ausstattung und generell die Wohnung war einfach 1a. Diego hat nur 5,0 von 5 Sternen verdient und dass zeigt sich auch in den Bewertungen! Wir würden sehr gerne mal wieder kommen!

Le logement est très agréable, bien décoré et fonctionnel. Parfait comme pieds à terre pour aller visiter les Cinque Terre Pierangelo est très réactif et disponible. Merci encore pour ces 3 jours magnifiques !
