Waterfront vacation rentals in Casamicciola Terme

My family of 3 had a lovely stay at Casa Francesco! It was so clean which is a must for us. It was in the center of Marina Grande which is where we spent a good amount of our time- lots of restaurants, beautiful views, and a beach to sit on and watch the boats/kayakers come and go. Great stay! Highly recommend if in the Sorrento area.

Alloggio come descritto nell'annuncio. Casa molto grande e comoda per più persone. Posizione molto bella, vicino alle attrazioni principali, ma tranquilla. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo disguido durante il soggiorno e l'host si è dimostrato presente e disponibile.

Valentina's beautiful Marina Grande apartment accommodated our family of 3 with ease, comfort and a feeling of being at home. This location is very walkable to Sorrento center, the marina for ferry transport, historic restaurants and connected us with residents that were so gracious. Valentina made sure that our booking process, arrival, week-long stay and departure was seemless. We cant wait to visit her again and stay in this wonderful seaside apartment 💕 !!

Thank-you Giuseppe for a fantastic stay. My family and I had a wonderful time. The appartment was light and airy, spotlessly clean, with amazing views. The air conditioning was very useful on a couple of occasions when the weather turned a little chilly. Your local recommendations were useful and we settled on Porta Marina Seafood restaurant, eating there on a few occasions given the delicious seafood and warm hospitality on offer. For me, a highlight was starting each day with a coffee on the balcony in the morning sunshine, looking out onto Mount Vesuvius, listening to the gentle lapping waves. Wonderful!

我们十分幸运地在今春的假期中发现了这间民宿。 先说结论：这个民宿十分适合1、想要独自享受海边宁静与涛声的人2、想要佛系游览周边热门景点的人，以及3、有一定体力或者热爱海边漫步的人。 详细版： 首先是民宿的位置与交通。民宿位于Sorrento周边的Piano di Sorrento，注意二者并非一个镇子，Piano更像是镇子旁边的卫星村，虽然火车车程大概只需4分钟。民宿的具体位置则在Piano村北面的悬崖环山路的中途——不要对此望而却步，即使沿着这条环山路步行到崖底的海滩也谈不上辛苦，大约只需要10分钟，还可以欣赏一路的壮丽海景。附近不到100米的地方有一个公交车站，而在崖顶与崖底处有对应的公共电梯作为公共交通的补充。即便如此，对于初次来到这里的我们来说这些还是显得有些复杂：从那不勒斯驶向Piano di Sorrento的火车未能准时到达，由火车站去往公交车站的路线并无太多指示（沿途网络也不稳定），公交站牌不显眼，甚至有点迷惑性（村中心同一辆公交车的始发站似乎有两个不同的站牌？）等等......好在房东从前一天开始就不断确认我们的位置与到达进度，这听起来有些繁琐，实则非常友好且必要。Marco甚至亲切地在公交车站等我们下车并带我们熟悉民宿。而在渐渐熟悉了这个小村子之后，公交车与公共电梯对我们甚至也不再那么必需了，因为从民宿步行至村中心的广场Piazza Cota只需20分钟左右。崖底部分更类似捕鱼、轮渡与观光码头的结合，既有两片小巧的灰沙滩，也有悠闲补网的渔夫和匆匆驶过的各色渡船。 当逛过整个村子之后，我们去了更加热门的Sorrento与Capri岛，这比我想象中的要方便很多：如前所述，去往Sorrento的车程很近，火车大约30分钟一班（虽然从未准时）。去Capri的轮渡每日一班来回，早上8点半去，晚上17点半回，可以直接在Piano的码头上买好往返船票。只要规划好时间一切都很顺利。 最后是民宿本身：民宿离海的距离对我们来说刚刚好，可以无障碍欣赏并聆听大海，又不会感到过于潮湿。室内十分通透，采光极佳，卧室则位于中央被分隔出的房间内，以避免西晒或阳光直射，保持凉爽。阳台与走廊的风景甚至比照片中的还要好。屋内各种设施都很新且齐全，4月初的室温对我们有些冷，我们睡觉时打开了空调制暖并拿出了房间里的备用毯子。 总结：对合适的人来说，这间民宿胜过无数热门景区的度假酒店。

Beautiful apartment in the center of everything.

We had a beautiful time staying in Marina Di puolo. The location was peaceful and beautiful, right at the beach for swimming and sunbathing, with easy connections to sorrento. The Marina is connected to the main road for the bus stop by a hill which took us 15 minutes to climb, and is intense even if you are fit, for those who cannot climb there is also a convenient service of paying for a ride in a golf buggy to the bus stop instead. With the bus, it takes 10 minutes to reach Sorrento. Elvira was a fabulous hostess, helping us to plan our activities and her son kindly picked us up from the station with our bags and helped us got to the supermarket before leaving for the Marina. She was also generous and kind with fresh laundry - thank you 😊 one thing I would mention is expectations and communication around privacy - for example, we would have found it helpful to be informed if the host is going to enter the property, as this happened when we were out and when we were home. I am so happy I booked with Alessandra! I have never booked an AirBnB outside of the United Stars so I was nervous but Alessandra made everything so easy. Her apartment was absolutely beautiful, the location was perfect and the check-in process was simple. And Alessandra had so many fantastic recommendations for us! This is my first trip to Napoli but it will not be my last. When I return I will definitely book with Alessandra again!

We really enjoyed our stay in Vico Equense. Vito’s place is really well located, close to the centre of town and beautiful views.

Hi . Stayed at Melania‘s for the first week in April. Even before my journey, Melania had the transport from Airport the the accommodation sorted. On arrival was Melania waiting. The lass even demanded carrying my Suitcase. The Flat was as described. Light friendly and super Clean . She even had breakfast for the next morning. . Melania is a very polite and friendly lass , answering all of my questions and giving all information haw to get to Sorrento ( 4km ) . The bus stop is 2minutes up the road. Runs nearly every 1/2 hr and costs 2 €. It isn’t advisable to walk the roads at night or even with children. There Art of driving has to be respected 🤔😀.But it is Italien and its the way they drive . The stay was magnificent, the locals as Melania , friendly and helpful. Great place to holiday. Beautiful scenery and amazing food . Would I visit this region again. I going to and soon . And perfect place if you like walking . Thank you Melania .

Séjour très bien passé. Les explications de Maria étaient très claires. L'appartement est situé tout à côté de l'arrêt de bus. Très facile d'accès. Le petit port à côté est très mignon !

Superbe maison parfaitement bien située dans le village à quelques minutes à pied de tout ce qu’il vous faut. La vue de la terrasse est absolument magnifique. Parfait endroit pour se reposer. La maison était très propre et le propriétaire a été très accomodant (lit de bébé, chaise haute etc pour notre bébé). On recommande sans hésiter.

Bellissimo appartamento sul porticciolo della Chiaiolella, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e dalla Vivara. Proprietario gentile e flessibile, tutto pulito e ben fornito. La nostra famiglia di 5 è stata benissimo, sia bambini che adulti!

What a Jem! Harbor front with an absolutely Amazing view. In the Heart of a truly picturesque location. Quiet mornings turn to a bustling restaurant scene at mid day and evenings. Spoilt for choice of great dinning options at your immediate disposal. Or catch an Island boat tour from your doorstep. Very comfortable and sound proof accommodation with an uplifting decor/color scheme & well outfitted kitchen, which is an appreciated find while traveling. Highly recommend!!

Beautifully furnished apartment, recently renovated with a beachy theme (oak furniture, floors & doors). Very clean and plenty of mod-cons. So close to the ferry (very handy if you have heavy bags!). Due to its central location it can be noisy. Close to shops & restaurants. Very comfortable stay and good communication from the host.

Appartamento caratteristico nel cuore dei quartieri spagnoli, molto carino, ristrutturato e pulito. Carmine é di una gentilezza e disponibilità incredibile, ci ha fornito informazioni di ogni genere e con immediatezza

The location was fantastic. A very short walk to the iconic, beautiful island castle. Many wonderful restaurants in the area. Our favorite spot in Italy. We stayed an extra day because we were so happy with the spot and we Loved the Island. Gio was wonderful, very responsive with perfect recommendations. In a word, ischia, Gio and her B and B was delightful!!

De buitenruimte en het uitzicht over de baai zijn echt fantastisch en een boeking waard. De locatie is makkelijk te vinden, maar moeilijk aan te rijden door stijle opgang direct naast de bocht bij drukke weg. Geen plek om vaak in en uit te rijden tijdens je verblijf. Dus doe je inkopen op voorhand. Verder uitstekend openbaar vervoer op loopafstand. Binnen voldoende faciliteiten maar wel wat gedateerd. Heerlijk kingsize bed. Marco is zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

Peaceful and secluded location with beautiful views of the coast. Great host and very responsive. Highly recommend to anyone that would like a peaceful place to stay but also relatively close to the entire south of Italy.

The apartment was everything that’s needed and more - perfect and very secure building, located close to historical center, port and promenade, with many restaurants nearby, as well as grocery shop just 5minutes away. It had all the amenities as described and a breathtaking view from the balcony. The communication with the host was great, check-in easy. Would definitely stay again!

Arturo and his mom were great. Good directions and check in. Very responsive, even when we managed to lock ourselves out one day. Old historic elevator that worked great, v helpful for going to 5th floor! Easy to walk to waterfront, lots of restaurants nearby.

La vue sur la baie de Naples est un vrai plus. L’appartement en étage élevé, permet de ne pas subir de nuisance sonore. Métro à proximité desservant tout Naples avec facilité. Bref, nous sommes ravis de notre séjour chez Francesco qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de cette ville pleine de vie !!
