Vacation rentals with beach access in Casamicciola Terme

Teresa was a wonderful host! She was always very responsive and very thorough explaining all the details of the apartment. Unfortunately, we had to cut out trip a few days short due to a death in the family, and she was very gracious and even helped get us a driver to take us to the airport so we wouldn't miss our early flight. We would definitely stay at her place again.

Perfect cozy apartment right in the main harbor of Capri. The ideal base to explore capri and the nearby mainland (mere minutes on foot to/from the ferry, the cable cart that leads to the center and the buses that lead to other parts of the island). Great host, easy/flexible check-in/check-out. We had a great time and would happily book again.

Pamela’s place overlooking Marina Piccolo was beautiful and spacious inside and great location for taking the ferries. (Took Ischia Ferry but accidentally got off at wrong island- Procida and loved it!) Pamela’s wonderful husband greeted us. Balcony & view were amazing. The bed was very comfortable & kitchen and bathroom great. We like toast in the morning but there was no toaster or oven so we made do with the panini maker. To get up to the town, you have to walk up quite a number of steps which we found more convenient than using the lift which is a walk down the coast. We are in our sixties & able to do it. Pamela was very helpful in booking parking for us which included a courtesy golf cart to bring us to & from our place. She also recommended & booked for us a great Amalfi Coast small group van tour. Do be aware, as others have mentioned, that there are 60 steps to get up to the apartment. Sorrento (fun restaurant scene) & this apartment were a great base for seeing Amalfi Coast.

Thank-you Giuseppe for a fantastic stay. My family and I had a wonderful time. The appartment was light and airy, spotlessly clean, with amazing views. The air conditioning was very useful on a couple of occasions when the weather turned a little chilly. Your local recommendations were useful and we settled on Porta Marina Seafood restaurant, eating there on a few occasions given the delicious seafood and warm hospitality on offer. For me, a highlight was starting each day with a coffee on the balcony in the morning sunshine, looking out onto Mount Vesuvius, listening to the gentle lapping waves. Wonderful!

We had the pleasure of visiting for 3 nights in early November. Alessandro was a fantastic host who was more than accommodating. We look forward to our next visit.

I am so happy I booked with Alessandra! I have never booked an AirBnB outside of the United Stars so I was nervous but Alessandra made everything so easy. Her apartment was absolutely beautiful, the location was perfect and the check-in process was simple. And Alessandra had so many fantastic recommendations for us! This is my first trip to Napoli but it will not be my last. When I return I will definitely book with Alessandra again!

This apartment is right at the harbor-just steps from the pier. Great for our one night stay- convenient to ferry, busses, cabs to take you to Capri center or Anacapri. It has a gorgeous balcony overlooking the bay. Highly recommend!

Well-equipped apartment 10 minutes from the train and from the beach. It was very nice to sit outside on the roof terrace. The cleanliness was perfect, the bed was very comfortable. Gennaro is helpful and always responded quickly. Highly recommended for a couple.

Easy to find , well appointed, close to capri town and all its restaurants and shops , bus station and all transports. Marino was super communicative , available at all times and super kind ! Loved loved loved Capri 🙏 thank you for the stay!

Tolle Unterkunft, perfekt für 3 Gäste. Alles war sehr ordentlich und sauber; die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Marco hat uns einige Lebensmittel und Getränke zur Verfügung gestellt was sehr hilfreich war für die Ankunft. Die Terrasse mit Aussicht auf das Meer und auf Ischia ist toll zum Frühstücken. Was man wissen muss; zu Fuß ist es eine gute halbe Stunde zum Porto und zum berühmten Fischerhafen, was mit engen Straßen und viel Verkehr manchmal etwas stressig ist. 2 Strände sind allerdings auch in ca. 10min Fußweg zu erreichen. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Séjour très bien passé. Les explications de Maria étaient très claires. L'appartement est situé tout à côté de l'arrêt de bus. Très facile d'accès. Le petit port à côté est très mignon !

Superbe maison parfaitement bien située dans le village à quelques minutes à pied de tout ce qu’il vous faut. La vue de la terrasse est absolument magnifique. Parfait endroit pour se reposer. La maison était très propre et le propriétaire a été très accomodant (lit de bébé, chaise haute etc pour notre bébé). On recommande sans hésiter.

I couldn’t of asked for a better place to stay , Maurizio was so helpful and even organised a boat for us to rent! I will definitely be back.

Elisabetta was an extremely accommodating and helpful host, staying up late to help us find and check into the airbnb despite a massive train delay. The house is clean and nice, and the view is incredible. Overall great stay.

We had the a great stay in Capri for 3 nights. The pictures don’t do it justice (of course). We were greeted by the father of the host at the port and he assisted us with some luggage up a hill to the private apartment. The entire island is stunning but the private walkway with greenery to the apartment is really something. The balcony is also private and great. My husband used it to workout whilst i sunbathed and took in the views. The apartment is 50-100 meters from a bus stop which can be used to go into one of the main towns. There’s also walking trails but maybe only use them on your way back. (Too hilly) Everything was clean and accommodations were made for all of our requests. Feel safe booking this if you’re a couple. Buonocore Gelateria is the best gelato EVER! We had it 5 times and wish we had it more. God Bless.

What a gem! The apartment was lovely and cozy! perfect for 2! The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the linens were crisp and clean white. The location is right in the heart of a lovely street bustling with restaurants and shops and cafes! I would definitely not hesitate and book this place if you’re a 1st timer visiting Ischia or a regular visitor. Thanks for the great response and communication Vito! and for your father coming to check on things. A super bonus is having laundry accessible while you stay. Everything was pristine , a home away from home . when you have a million questions like I did and I am so appreciative. tutto è stato meraviglioso. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour! L'appartement est très chaleureux et parfaitement situé au cœur du Naples animé. La terrasse est la ''petite cerise'' sur le gâteau... Juste incroyable !! Je recommande !

Devo proprio fare i complimenti al Sig Armando,la sua casa la sua disponibilità e stata superlativa,era come stare a casa,la consiglierei assolutamente a chiunque venisse a Napoli,la casa pulitissima,vicino alla metro e ad ottimi ristoranti,la zona di Mergellina e bellissima,una sola parola.... TOP.

Had a fabulous time at Vico Equense! The apartment was fantastic! Great location, beautiful views, had everything we needed. Bianca was very helpful getting to and from the train station and Alfonso was a great host, very helpful and responsive. We are already planning another trip back.

The location was fantastic. A very short walk to the iconic, beautiful island castle. Many wonderful restaurants in the area. Our favorite spot in Italy. We stayed an extra day because we were so happy with the spot and we Loved the Island. Gio was wonderful, very responsive with perfect recommendations. In a word, ischia, Gio and her B and B was delightful!!

I spent the weekend in Procida to photograph the procession of mysteries. I chose Leonardo’s place because it it looked very nice and was well situated. I wasn’t disappointed at all! The place is awesome. Very comfy with a nice bedroom, a pretty cool bathroom and kitchen. I really enjoyed the terrace with the view on the harbour. Leonardo is very cool. He waited for me at the terrace so I would immediately see where to go. Communication was always swift and friendly. I will definitely go back! A+++++

This is the second time we have stayed here and it won't be the last. Eugenio is a wonderful host, so helpful and friendly and in the style of old school Airbnb he provides bottled water snacks for breakfast and appertivo. Cereal, milk, salami cheese and crackers. Plus in the bathroom there's suntan lotion, soap, shampoo, sanitary products. It's a really beautiful apartment, it belonged to his grandparents and he still lives in half of it. We love it!

Peaceful and secluded location with beautiful views of the coast. Great host and very responsive. Highly recommend to anyone that would like a peaceful place to stay but also relatively close to the entire south of Italy.

My family and I really enjoyed the stay. Our host Giuseppe was extremely helpful and informative and made sure our stay was comfortable. The area was very nice! Beach at walking distance was awesome! Lots of local shops in the area which was very convenient so no car needed!
