A great stay and real gem of a find! Maria was very communicative and responded promptly to all our requests. The security man was very helpful too. Overall, a clean, modern and spacious find right next to the beach with a great view. Highly recommend!

We Enjoy our stay a lot. The apartment was very nice, especially for kids. There is a lot of Space, a nice Pool and the children can play outside. We like the old yundum market a lot, the meat pie was the best we Found in this area. You can find many nice local places, that was very nice. Local food, shops and so on. I think a car is good to rent to visit other places, but you can get Taxi easy everywhere. We would book it anytime again.

I had a wonderful vacation. The place was very big very spacious. We were not there much. We were out a lot. Omar the attendant. There was absolutely wonderful. He was really at our back and call anytime. My fiancé would call him. He answered. We were coming home at five 6 o’clock in the morning and he would be there to open our gate. The best service I’ve probably ever had from a very kind man. Omar made our stay very pleasant so we thank him very much.

Friendly little house. Everything it takes for a small stay. The estate pool is nice and quiet.

I love this place!! This is hands down the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Giulia and Anna were so incredibly helpful (my family and I were pretty frustrated and helpless not being able to speak French and navigating a weird ferry schedule this week) and they went above and beyond 1000% to help us get to Casamance, provided advice and reliable taxi drivers, and were endlessly patient. They are the nicest hosts ever. But that’s not even the best part. The best part is this house is even more lovely than the photos and so close to the beach you can hear the waves from every room in the house There has been a nice breeze, The water is the perfect temperature, the locals are so friendly and it’s just magical here! We love it so much we decided to spend the rest of our trip here and I just extended. Book this place before it books up!! I never want to leave.

Musa was very accommodating and responsive to all of our queries when we needed the support. The house is very spacious and suited our family of 5 with plenty of space. The property is located on a newly built estate just a short drive from all the local amenities and the Senegambia strip which contains the more tourist side with restaurants etc. The property looks just like the pictures and is secured with fencing & gates so you can also park your car inside. The property is fully air-conditioned & has Wi-Fi. I would recommend staying at Musa’s property as it has everything you need to make the most out of your stay.

He made us feel right at home and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. When our flight was delayed, he graciously allowed us to stay past our checkout time without asking for any extra payment—a true testament to his kindness and hospitality. If you’re looking for a host who genuinely cares about his guests, look no further. Highly recommend staying with Alieu!

This was a home far away from home for me. The host was very patient and understanding with me. The place was spotless!!! I didn’t want to leave and I wanted to extend my stay but do to my circumstances I couldn’t but every time I visit Banjul I’ll definitely come here. It was the best! I have absolutely no complaints.

I have stayed for a long period in one studio and can say that it has been perfect for my time. Mostly because of Mr Babz and his family’s family warm hospitality and helpfulness. Communication has been excellent. Any small issues were quickly and conscientiously resolved and the compact accommodation is very clean and comfortable. Although the location is away from the centre of activities but close to the airport, if you want an authentic feel for Gambia in bright, modern accommodation, with laundry service and air conditioning, that is excellent value for money (there are many overpriced and poor quality vacation places close to the beaches), and with a very hospitable, communicative host and family, I really recommend a stay at Babz’s studios.

I chose this apartment primarily for its location and security. It was exactly as I’d hoped. Beautiful views of the beach which was also easy to access. Unfortunately the sea was too rough for swimming but great for a bit of fun jumping the waves. Short taxi drive to Senegambia where you’ll find loads of bars and restaurants with varied menus to suit all tastes. Taxis are easy to access and very reasonably priced. Small supermarket a few minutes walk from the apartment. I felt very safe at this apartment. Very friendly security staff 24 hours a day. Bakary was also very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was well kept and equipped with sun beds. The apartment was spacious with all 3 bedrooms with a good en suite. Well equipped kitchen. It was not a problem to us but be aware the apartment is on the third floor with no lift. It does add to the fantastic beach view of course.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Abigail's place. Her place was very clean and comfortable. The surroundings were beautiful and the ocean views were breathtaking. There was so much to do in the area, you'll never get bored. You can take a brisk walk along the beach, take a dip in the pool, or walk up to the Senegambia strip where you will find various types of restaurants and other festivities to take part in. There are also restaurants on the property, so you'll never have to leave the premises should you decide to stay put. To add to the wonderful environment, Abigail is such a wonderful hostess. She was responsive, kind and very accommodating. I would happily stay at Abigail's place again. Thank you Abigail! Hope to visit again soon.

Debbie’s apartment at Kololi Sands came highly recommended by a friend after staying there herself. She knows how particular I am about cleanliness and staying at a place that has nice decor and feels like home. Debbie is an excellent host! She was super proactive in helping me look for another apartment for the last 3 day of my stay as hers wasn't available for the full length. She was responsive, polite and very thoughtful. She has thought of everything to make her place feel like a home. From the body creams in the bathrooms, the extra chargers in the drawers, the decor and the beautiful cushions in the bedroom and living room. Her place is absolutely gorgeous and gets cleaned every day - smells nice too. The balcony is beautifully decorated and you get a clear view of the ocean. Debbie and her apartment surpassed all my expectations! If you’re looking for a place to stay at Kololi Sands look no further. Book this place before it gets taken up. I won't stay anywhere else in Gambia.

Hi Simone We all had a lovely time at our accommodation. It was a great location We all felt comfortable and relaxed here. Simone is very accommodating, the dogs were ok they got to know us well. And I know they liked our cooking. I loved that there was avocado which were and very tasty. I would recommend this apartment to others. Thanks for having us.

Mr. Jatta Thank you for everything. The listing was better than the photos. Beautiflly decorated, spacious, and included a generous welcome package. In addition, the kitchen is fully stocked to warm takeout or to make a home cooked meal. The location was ideal. Senagambia nightlife is a short walk down the street. Sĥould I visit in the future; I would love to stay for an extended visit! Mr Jatta you are very special, thank you again.

My wife & I stayed here for 2 weeks we loved the place & location, 15 mins walk to Senegambia strip. The apartment is spacious & has all you need the electricity was cheap we spent just over £20 for 2 weeks but we didn’t use the aircon much as we felt we didn’t need it. The apartment is located inside a compound where a family stay, they are very friendly & helpful, if you need some local cuisine ask Mama Tis who is a caterer & made us some very nice food, overall I recommend this place we felt very secure & welcome.

Great security quiet clean close to beach what more could you want

What a beautiful place to stay. The apartment has everything you need to make you comfortable. Bed was comfy plenty of seating, washer was the bees knees. Kitchen was like home. The veranda was wonderful, 2 sunloungers, 2 zero gravity chairs and a table and chairs,so able to follow the sun. Plus the monkeys came to visit. The veranda made our holiday. Kololi sands complex has everything you need to have a wonderful holiday. Pool snack bar, restaurant, some entertainment, sunbeds overlooking infinity pool. Henk and Sheriffo were excellent hosts nothing was to much trouble for them. Excellent Hosts.
