Giuseppe Haus hat einen ganz besonderen Flair. Die Ausstattung (Fenster, Böden, Küche, ...) ist hochwertig und stilvoll. Der Garten mit Sitzmöglichkeuten und Grill ist gepflegt und wir haben es sehr genossen, die verschiedenen Zitrusfrüchte zu probieren. Da wir mit dem Flugzeug (und Mietwagen) angereist sind, war es sehr hilfreich, dass.nicht nur Bettwäsche und Handtücher sondern auch ein paar Grundnahrungsmittel (Öl, Essig, Salz, Zucker, ...) vorhanden waren. Sogar Wein und Kekse standen zur Begrüßung bereit. Die Lage an der Straße war kein Problem. Fußläufig kommt man gut an die Marina und auch hoch in den Ort an die Piazza... zum Supermarkt sind wir wenige Minuten mit dem Auto gefahren. Wir können diese Umterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Antonella è stata gentilissima e disponibile fin da subito! La casa era davvero enorme e molto bella, aveva tutto ciò di cui si può aver bisogno per sentirsi a casa. La parte più bella era il soggiorno, immenso e accogliente! Se dovete andare al mare e rilassarvi è il posto giusto per voi, a 5 minuti a piedi dalle spiagge e 5 dal centro storico, lo consiglio vivamente!

Felicito a Fabrizio por su casa y por la dedicacion de Carmine y su esposa para que los huéspedes se sientan como en casa. Lo pasamos muy bien porque todo funciona y todo está limpio Dejamos el auto en un lugar muy espacioso y eso es muy importante. Muchas gracias!

Ho soggiornato a Villetta Paradiso e che dire, posizione ottima, il mare si raggiunge in meno di 10 minuti a piedi e quindi anche il lungo mare di sera, che offre un’ampia scelta di locali dove fermarsi per cena o anche solo per sorseggiare un drink. Vicinissima anche ad un supermercato. Appartamento pulito, esattamente uguale alla descrizione e host super gentili.

I spent close to 2 weeks recently at Laura’s place and I must say I found the home to be pleasantly immaculate in every way. The pictures she posted of the homes interior were just the way I found it upon my arrival. Everything was operational, modern, up to date, sanitary, convenient with the use of electronic keys, gate openers and WiFi; the place was obviously well kept. Although not absolutely necessary, a car is very helpful to get about for shopping and enjoying the nearby beaches as it is very pleasantly secluded and quiet. I hope everyone doesn’t rush out too often and too long to stay at this place, as I will be looking to come back for future visits if the home is available…thank you very much Laura!

La tana del riccio ė un posto incantevole, siamo stati benissimo immersi in un bosco di castagni, di pomeriggio siamo andati al mare che si trova a mezz'ora. Claudia ė stata sempre disponibile, e a ferragosto ci ha invitati a pranzo con la sua splendida famiglia. Consiglio questo alloggio a chi vuole stare tranquillo, noi ci siamo portati i nostri cani. Insomma comodo e bello.

Alloggio perfetto per dormire senza scocciature intorno, ambiente pulito, con condizionatore e tv. host gentilissimo e super reattivo nella comunicazione. Posto con panorama bellissimo . Consigliato

I can't say enough about FC Home Suite. It was a GREAT experience! The unit was perfect. It is clean, comfortable, and convenient to everything in the area. Alfredo is a fantastic host. He goes out of his way to make you feel at home and was so attentive to our every need. There are shops, a restaurant, and a nice pay self-serve laundry at the base of the building. So we had EVERYTHING we needed. Thank you, Alfredo! We hope to come back someday soon!

It was a great location. The apartment was roomy and very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need to make a good meal. Markets and lots of shopping was within walking distance.

We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! Thank you, Gabriele and Elisa, for welcoming us in this lovely home. The location, right by a peaceful and nearly empty beach, was simply perfect for relaxation. The accommodation was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy atmosphere. The terrace is huge and there was enough space for our family. Apart from all the necessary equipment, there were also beach towels, toys for the kids and toiletries provided. A car is necessary to explore the area, but it’s ideally situated between Tropea and Pizzo, making it convenient to visit both. Gabriele and Elisa were very helpful and responsive, providing great local tips that enhanced our experience. We recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable getaway. Thanks again for having us!

We were happy with the apartment. It was cozy, comfortable, clean and quite modern. In particular, we enjoyed sitting on the peaceful, sunny terrace amidst blooming plants and run-away lizards. Stepping through the backdoor of the terrace, it took just a very short walk to Pizzo beach, which was like a lonely planet in mid- October. Liudmyla was very hospitable and provided useful information before check-in. Apart from a short power failure on a rainy day we had a perfect stay at Marinella. Strongly recommended!

Wir hatten eine Woche in Angelo‘s Unterkunft. Diese ist traumhaft gelegen und der Blick auf das Meer ist atemberaubend. Die Unterkunft ist klein aber fein und alles ist vorhanden was man für eine Woche benötigt . Angelo hat uns herzlich begrüßt und uns einige Köstlichkeiten zur Verfügung gestellt was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Es könnte etwas mehr Möglichkeiten geben um Sachen aufzuhängen, zB. Wandhaken oder so. Ansonsten wirklich sehr zu empfehlen für ruhesuchende. Vielen Dank und alles Gute. Viele Grüße aus der Schweiz.

There aren't words to describe how magical my stay was. This is truly an ancient fascinating building with many unique details. It was like taking a trip to the past. Although some features are a bit rustic, overall there is a luxurious feeling to the apartment, with a firm bed, lovely linens, curtains, and furniture. the view of the town and sea are incredible and the centro storico (historic center) of the town is full of little paths to follow so you can admire the beautiful architecture. There is a little market for groceries, a post office, and a gelateria/restaurant with tables outside and inside. just a lovely, lovely place. The hosts are kind and generous, available to help with information or if you need something.

Abbiamo soggiornato da Emanuela e l’appartamento devo dire che si è rivelato davvero delizioso. Tutto nuovo, arredamento di stile e minimale, tutti il necessario pero. Appartamento a metà tra catanzaro citta e lido, buona scelta se ci si vuole spostare. Un plus per la possibilità di poter portare il nostro cane , il quale ha apprezzato molto il loro bel prato inglese. Sia Emanuela che il marito si sono dimostrati gentili e disponibili, Se ricapiteremo in zona sarà sicuramente la nostra prima scelta.

Super Lage, schöne Wohnung, sehr gute Kommunikation. Wir waren mit zwei Kindern (5&8 Jahre) dort und auch sie haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt

Jeg havde et dejligt ophold i Graziellas lejlighed. Rigtig søde værter og den smukkeste udsigt fra balkonen. Lejligheden ligger super centralt i byen og alt, hvad du har brug for er tilgængeligt.

Siamo stati bene. Abbiamo trovato prodotti per la colazione che abbiamo apprezzato. C'è un ruscello vicino e i bambini si sono divertiti tanto. In auto in pochi minuti si raggiunge Camigliatello.

Die Unterkunft von Rachael in Pizzo ist super, wirklich das am besten ausgestattete AirBnB in dem wir je waren. Es gab nicht nur alles übliche, sondern außerdem Sonnenschirme, Stühle und Handtücher für den Strand, eine Kühltasche, Wäscheklammern, Kartenspiele und Reiseführer! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, da alles sehr schön hergerichtet und sauber war. Rachael war auch super nett, einfach zu erreichen und hat uns einen Tipp fürs Abendessen gegeben der goldwert war (Chilli Pepper). Alles in allem kann ich die Unterkunft wirklich sehr empfehlen! Vielen Dank nochmal an Racheal:)

Salvatore è stato sempre gentile e disponibile. L'alloggio era pulitissimo e completamente arredato. Il posto molto tranquillo ma vicinissimo a tantissime attrazioni della zona e soprattutto alle splendide spiagge vicine. Struttura consigliatissima.

Un'oasi perfetta per famiglie al Villaggio Emerald! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno indimenticabile in questo spazioso appartamento, ideale per le nostre due famiglie (4 adulti e 3 bambini). La piscina grande e ben curata è stata la gioia dei nostri piccoli! Punti di forza: - Appartamento ampio e pulito, fedele all'annuncio - Posizione strategica: vicino al mare, supermercati e ristoranti - Vista incantevole - Accoglienza calorosa e proprietario molto disponibile Il residence offre un ambiente bellissimo e tranquillo, perfetto per rilassarsi. La vicinanza alla spiaggia e a tutti i servizi ha reso la nostra vacanza comoda e piacevole. Consigliamo vivamente questo alloggio per famiglie in cerca di comfort, relax e divertimento. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare!"

Die Wohnung ist genauso wie beschrieben und wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Die Lage ist mega! Mittendrin im Zentrum der Stadt, nur wenige Meter der großen Piazza entfernt, wo alle Eisdielen und Restaurants sind. Klar bekommt man auch etwas Trubel von den Gassen mit aber das macht auch den italienischen Flair aus, meiner Meinung nach. Der Blick vom Balkon ist einmalig! Stefania ist eine super Gastgeberin, antwortete immer sehr schnell und hilft bei Fragen gerne weiter. Sie hat mir sogar einen Flughafentransfer organisiert und einen Fahrer empfohlen. Ich kann sie und die Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen! Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: das Wlan war schwach - Nachrichten schreiben/empfangen ging gut aber Videos schauen oder streamen ging nicht. War für mich aber kein Problem, da ich genug Mobile Daten hatte.

Neue Wohnung in toller Lage, angenehme Gastgeber! Innerhalb 5 Minuten über Treppen an einem karibischen Traumstrand, menschenleer, zumindest im September. Tolle Terrasse mit Meer- und Stromboliblick, täglich Sonnenuntergang. Supermärkte in der Nähe, Auto erforderlich. Auch nach Pizzo sollte man nur mit dem Auto fahren. Strandbars waren im September bereits geschlossen, alles war sehr beschaulich und ruhig. Tolles sauberes Meer mit hohen Temperaturen, Strand leider stark plastikvermüllt

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour à Pizzo, dans l'appartement de Maria, qui a été une hôte exceptionnelle, adorable, réactive, compréhensive, surtout à notre arrivée avec un jour de décalage suite à une "mésaventure" à Rome, elle nous accueilli avec du lait et des gâteaux pour réconforter les enfants. L'appartement est très grand, avec tout le nécessaire pour la cuisine, le linge, 2 salles de bains, et 2 chambres, l'équipement était parfait, et sans oublier la climatisation indispensable pendant l'été. La piscine était très agréable, et la plage accessible à pieds à 300 mètres. La résidence était très calme, idéale pour notre famille. Et en plus, un glacier proche de la résidence "Gelataria Enrico" pour déguster leurs glaces artisanales et locales, les "tartufo di Pizzo" qui sont un régal. Les meilleures villes à visiter et plages sont Tropea, Scilla (village de Chianalea), Pizzo, reggio Calabria. Merci encore Maria pour ce séjour, nous recommandons fortement son appart.
