The place is perfectly matched to the photos and description. Completely renovated. Mr. Donatella welcomed us in person by explaining the apartment and explaining the operation of the appliances. To every clarifying message I wrote, she gave me punctual and precise responses. The fixtures are of good quality making it quiet. Highly recommended.

I stayed two nights at Antonello's apartment with my boyfriend and another couple of friends and we had a great time. The location is excellent: in ten minutes by car you can reach the center of Lamezia, other nearby villages and the sea. Sotto casa is a supermarket and other useful amenities, including a pharmacy. The apartment is brand new, modern and clean, equipped with air conditioners, hairdryer, towels and buckets for separate collection. The two bedrooms, but also the kitchen (where there were two bottles of water) and the bathrooms, are spotlessly clean and the beds comfortable. Antonello is very kind and helpful; I told him our arrival in advance and he was already inside the house, welcoming us in an extremely kind and solar way. I asked him if it was possible to postpone the check-out (scheduled for 11: 00 a.m.) and, after informing him of the following reservations, the day after our arrival he told me that, without problems, we could leave the apartment at 1: 00 p.m. We were really happy about it, having a wedding the night before. An absolutely positive experience in every aspect. Super recommended apartment also in relation to the quality/price ratio!

I was in Antonio's apartment with my girlfriend for a week. Everything is great, it is very quiet, the bed incredibly cozy, the roof terrace wow, we could borrow a parasol, also do laundry, the kitchen is well equipped. Really recommended Check in / check out flexible, gladly again.

Luigi's place is in a very central location, perfect for exploring the area and enjoying bars and pizzerias. The house is spacious, comfortable and clean. Unique mole, steep stairs to the second floor (no elevator). The welcome bottle and the host's availability were very much appreciated

Giovanni's unit was 5+ star. It had everything we needed and he supplied lots of little goodies which we enjoyed. The orange liquer was yummy. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We loved the beautiful view down to the ocean - amazing!

We loved our stay. Everything was well appointed and very clean. We come every year but our old apt is no longer being rented. We feel happy we found Rocvo's apt and we hope to return next year.

The stay was really positive and I highly recommend it. The place was exactly as described and the host was extremely helpful, meeting us with check-in and check-out times. In addition, he gave us valuable guidance on typical products and amenities in the area. The apartment was well stocked with everything you need and perfect for a family of four. The view from the apartment was breathtaking, with a beautiful view of the sea. Opening the door in the morning and being in front of this show was really incredible. In addition, the beach is easily accessible, it literally takes five steps on foot to cross the street. Parking is always available, free of charge and is right in front of the entrance of the building. However, the apartment is located on the top floor of a building without an elevator, which can be a bit tiring for those who have trouble climbing the stairs or carrying suitcases.

Nice Airbnb in a beautiful region. Sara is very friendly and gives good guidance to reach the place, when you text her. Good parking place, when you travel by car. Highly recommended.

We so loved our stay and one of the highlights was the care and attention from Giuseppe, Micheal’s dad. We enjoyed walking the beach, cooking in the kitchen, and eating dinner on the veranda. It felt like home from the moment we arrived. ❤️

Clean and well-kept accommodation surrounded by immense tranquility, Franco, the owner of the house, and his wife Pina, are two exquisite people, very kind and always ready to meet any need, maximum availability with schedules and with the use of the house, where there is plenty of space and tranquility at will. We were warmly welcomed and easily introduced to the apartment: plenty of water and coffee were ready for us. 2 balconies (northwest or around the corner northeast overlooking the sea, southwest or southeast around the corner overlooking the mountain ranges) invited you to enjoy breakfast, sunbathing or the end of the evening. The furnishings left nothing to be desired (see description). Dogs, cats, chickens in the neighborhood convey a rural flair. For us, Fabrizio Piccolo was the starting point for many entertaining activities (nearby: Rossano and Corigliano - narrow old towns on a hillside, Sibari with the Archaeological Park; long distance: Camigliatello Silano in the magnificent Sila National Park). A car is recommended for the neighborhood, plenty of parking space is available at the house, located on a cul-de-sac. The farewell, arranged in an uncomplicated way, was difficult for us.

What a beautiful stay!!! Annamaria and her husband always helped and guided us to beautiful places and things to do. The attic is magical with the beautiful terrace and the great view. I would recommend this place any time. Thank you Annamaria for making our holiday so wonderful.

Good accommodation and I am satisfied with my stay...Vincenzo is very helpful and attentive, whenever I needed he was concerned to help,it was Flexible at check-in and check out. The city is quiet, on the other hand it is a little difficult to have some entertainment, but you can take a train or taxi to the beach or city next door.

Beautiful farm surrounded by greenery with pool ...suitable for those who want a relaxing vacation...the owners are very helpful , kind , welcoming , company and very nice !! The view outside is breathtaking from the structure , the meadows , the flowers , the trees and the pool!! Surely if there is an opportunity , I will be back!! Highly recommended!! Ps not all rooms have a kitchen (it is not a criticism, it is a warning for those looking for a more equipped room and/or has special needs but I am sure that if you contact the owners will find a solution given their availability ) Location pet-friendly!! With this I conclude : Great experience!!

Everything was very good, my only suggestion would be to have a written list of instructions such as garbage schedule, TV instructions etc. An espresso coffee pot would be an added touch other than that it was very good. We were impressed that Alexandra was very quick to respond to any questions we had and we would certainly go there again and refer our family and friends. Thank you

Fell in love with the apartment especially the rooftop terrace where I had cuppa to watch sunrise each morning.Views great.Only downside had only 1 bar/restaurant that catered for Italians on their 2 weeks holidays.we couldn't get a seat or takeaway pizza.You need a hire car to get to shops but Short drive from airport and Pizzo.Its well worth a visit and The apartment has everything you need.We will be back and Alan and wife are great.

The apartment is located in a development with somewhat neglected and old areas, but Fabrizio's apartment is in good condition and was also super clean. The terrace is beautiful and the apartment has everything needed to be comfortable (they also left us some sun loungers and an umbrella in case we wanted to make any excursions to nearby beaches). The development has security and private beach (with umbrellas and sun loungers of its own). We couldn't enjoy everything we wanted from the area, because we had a monumental cliff, but it is close to Le Castella (nice village) and close to a good handful of interesting beaches. But the best part was Fabrizio: close, kind, he gave us tips of things to do around the area and gave us a very good thorn.
