Pleasant accommodation, welcoming and responsive host. Slightly noisy environment, with the railway not far away, but the accommodation is well located to be able to explore the surroundings. I recommend it!

the accommodation has met my requirements: on foot to the beach (4 minutes on the floor on foot), sandy and uncrowded public beach (very long and wide, last two of July with "deserted" areas, although there are 2/3 shores), beautiful sea (warm and clean water such as a tropea or zambrone) convenient parking (next to the apartment), comfortable beds and outdoor space to leave the things of the sea. great communication with the owner. quality/price ratio (given the prices of the prairie) reasonable. can be improved? as in many cases, a little attention to furniture and equipment (dishes..) would make the environment more cared for and functional. The only downside, if necessary, is that the second room is accessed through the first one.

The place was very clean and super easy to check in to. The host communicate clearly and well, as well made themselves available for any questions. Would recommend. Shops and restaurants all walking distance.

What a magical spot! We absolutely loved our stay — so much space and the whole apartment is filled with beautiful objects. And what a treat to wake up to that view. We would love to come back again one day.

We had a lovely stay at Emilia's home- we received a warm welcome and were given great recommendations on places to visit and activities nearby. We hope to return to Emilia's home in the future so that we can visit even more hidden gems of Calabria.

The welcome of Francesca and her family made us feel at home, they thought to welcome even our little dogs! The accommodation is taken care of in every detail and is in a very quiet area close to the sea. Highly recommended!

Such a cute apartment in a really old hilltop town. If you want to experience local culture, this is the place to be. A lot of the locals spoke German which helped us to communicate! But generally there are not many attractions nearby. If you want a place to chill out and wind down with a beautiful view, this the place. Eleonora put a lot of attention into detail and even left us snacks. The access was quite difficult with very skinny streets, but we saw it as an adventure! There are restaurant in the town down the hill which are quite good.

Thanks Maria and Antonio for the hospitality, the precious advice, the perfect, spacious and clean villa, your friendliness and transparency, the bottle of wine and the sweets you left us: we felt at home! Thanks also for helping us when, as soon as we arrived, the car battery left us! Beautiful beaches a few km away, lots of peace and the town of Botricello is well supplied with everything. We hope to be back soon!

Beautiful views of the bay and cliffs! Easy communication with Salvatore who welcomes you at the property and provides a full guide with places to eat and things to do in the area. The property is in a quiet area not far from everything you need. We choose to spend our 2 night stay taking the short walk to the private residential beach and enjoying the day/night views from every corner of the house! From the very first we could not have been made to feel more welcome. Both Francesca and her mum could not have been more helpful from dealing with initial niggles ( our fault and misunderstanding) to providing advice and support throughout our stay. The apartment was wonderfully situated for the sea and for the climb to the Old Town. It is also only a short walk to the supermarket and numerous local shops. Cariati itself is a charming place which slowly seeps into you and leaves marvellous memories.

Antonio, his wife and mother Mina were so warm and welcoming. Our trip from Rome was much longer than we anticipated and they waited up until 1:30 am to let us in. The home is beautiful and so well equipped for a comfortable visit. Mina so graciously, took us to restaurant, where we could eat and helped us connect with our distant relatives. The whole experience was a dream come true for us. We were only here for two days but I would highly recommend a longer stay. The views are beautiful. A great place for an artist or writer or anyone needing to be restored. God willing we would love to return.

Salvatore was always kind and available. The place was super clean and fully furnished. The place is very quiet but very close to many attractions in the area and above all to the beautiful beaches nearby. Highly recommended structure.

Anna is a very warm hostess. She gave us very good tips and answered all our questions immediately. The property has the generous charm of the 60s in the Mediterranean style. The huge balcony and the terrace with the panoramic view over the sea is fantastic. We will definitely come back.

The view from the balcony was wonderful! The pictures of this apartment don’t do it justice. The balcony was big enough for two to enjoy coffee or wine. Really felt like a local but had enough restaurants around. Everything was walkable up and down hill. The apartment was not so big, but very comfortable for two. Can’t say much about how the kitchen worked, because who wants to cook when so much Italian food is at your doorstep? However, we were there the day many things closed down at the beginning of November. Still, we found good places to eat. Would recommend this apartment.
