Casa Pineta is submerged in umbrella pinewood trees in front of the beautiful sandy beach of Marina di Campo. The centre of the village is in walking distance while a 1min path in the woods will get you under your umbrella by the sea! Casa Pineta è immersa in un bosco di pini marittimi di fronte alla bellissima spiaggia di sabbia di Marina di Campo. Il centro del paese dista pochi minuti a piedi mentre 50 passi nella pineta priva di auto vi porteranno sotto il vostro ombrellone in riva al mare!

Casa nel Bosco, 2 km from Seccheto (the last km is unpaved), 6 minutes by car, is located in an amphitheater 200 meters above sea level, in an oasis of peace and silence. In the large outdoor spaces, there is a hot tub made with granite stones from the area, hammocks, sunbeds and a path inside the property that winds through centuries-old holm oaks. Starete immersi nella natura, ma a poca distanza dalle spiagge di sabbia di Lacona, Norsi e Capoliveri. A 10 minuti, verso Portoferraio, trovate le spiagge di sassi bianchi di Padulella, Capobianco e le Ghiaie. Nel giardino c'è una Jacuzzi 6 posti disponibile FREE da aprile a ottobre. La villa è stata rinnovata nel 2025. Max adulti ammessi 4, casa ideale per famiglia
