It is a villa located in the Vale de Milho Golf development, a very calm and secluded area where we can enjoy peace and quiet listening to the birds singing. The villa has a sea view and is surrounded by a wonderful garden. The main attraction is the swimming pool! The Villa has a large parking lot, as well as a barbecue area near the pool, and it is a house where the sun shines early in the morning. Sol Poente is a beautiful family villa with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a jacuzzi, a large pool (5,0mx12,5m) with jetstream and a trampoline. The property is situated on a plot of over 1.600m2. The house has been completely renovated in 2022 and here you can enjoy the Portuguese sun and relax on one of the sun beds on the large terrace. The house also offers plenty of shade for the warmer days and there is an outside dining area. The villa is located only 1 km from the beach and the centre.
