Condo vacation rentals in Carvoeiro

It's clear that Stacy and Jim take a lot of pride in their apartment home in Carvoeiro and want to ensure the amenties remain in excellent condition for their guests. They communicated in depth instructions for locating the property in town and for accessing the apartment. We had no issues finding the place and there was ample street parking available. The location can't be beat - right in the middle of town within a few minutes walk to the beach. The terrace was where we spent most of our time when we weren't out exploring and we were thankful for the awning and large umbrella that provided shade from the sun in the warm afternoons. The patio furniture and pillows were super comfy and we spent many hours relaxing in this outdoor space. We didn't use the propane grill as we took advantage of the many restaurants within easy walking distance - Villa Medici was a standout! Thank you for hosting our family of four! We loved our time in Carvoeiro.

Super cozy, clean, and well kept apartment! Great proximity to beaches and sites. They do a great job communicating and making sure you have everything you need. Parking can be tough to find at night as it is a busy apartment complex, but not the host’s fault at all and we still had a great stay!

We arrived late after our flight was delayed and Rui was there waiting to check us in and show us around. Apartment in lovely location close to shops, restaurants and beach. We were there with 2 small kids and had great time. Rui was in contact during the week to make sure all was ok and very quick to reply to any questions. Had a fabulous week here would highly recommend.

The accommodation, hosts, and location were all like a dream—filled with love and beauty. The owners were incredibly kind and caring, always helpful while also respecting our privacy. Our whole family enjoyed every moment, from watching the golfers to driving through the orange groves, and having fun on the trampoline and in the pool. Everything was top-notch. If I had to search for a negative (and I really had to think hard to find one), it would be just the occasional thought of whether a golfer's ball might come flying our way! 😂

Lovely host and place but a little too much in the center of all the tourist traffic!

This is the place to stay in the Algarve! We are a family of 4 (2 kids ages 10 months and 9 years) and found this condo to fit our needs perfectly. Carvoeiro is a lovely town - caters well to families and tourists. You’re also within 1.5 hours drive to the top tourist spots in Algarve (most are within 30 minutes but the further ones are only 1.5 hrs). The elevator is so useful. Note there are stairs within the condo (1 bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor with the entrance and 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living area and kitchen on top floor). Super comfortable beds and showers! Excellent stay here and hosts were super kind and helpful! Would absolutely stay here again. Also it says no heat but the AC units also have a heat setting which worked well.

Perfect stay at Joana place! The apartment is well located and easy to find parking outside on the street. The apartment felt spacious and everything was spotlessly clean. Linen and towels were good quality and really helpful to have some toiletries and kindly left a lovely Portuguese soap gift. The balcony and terrace being on opposite sides of the building is great as you get the sun at all times of the day! Kitchen was well equipped. I can’t think of anything negative to say, I loved it! Joana is a very kind and thoughtful host. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

From the moment I booked Isabel's apartment through Airbnb, everything went PERFECT. Isabel was a wonderful host and was readibly available to me if I had any questions. The moment I opened the door to the apartment, I was very pleased with what I saw. It was such a lovely welcome to see how everything was in place and ready for me to begin my stay. Immediately, I felt at home. The location, balcony and view of the ocean was perfect! I was able to purchase some groceries and make some meals with ease in the kitchen. I brought my little Yorkie dog with me and he clearly felt at home too! The location to the little town was perfect and within easy walking distance. There were plenty of restaurants in town and an easily accessible little beach. For me, it was the PERFECT place to stay within the Algarve region (easily accessible to other towns within the region as well). If/when I return to Algarve, I will most definitely request a stay here. I promise, you'll be pleased here!

Its a nice spacious appartment, good kitchen and balcony, everything is there that you need. Hosts are friendly and quick with their responses. Opted to stay longer since it was so comfortable.

Have stayed at this accommodation before - modern, clean & very well equipped - in a quiet development that is easy to find & suited our trip (golf) The marina is nearby where there are countless good & varied bars & restaurants to try. If you want somewhere quiet but with lots of life within 10 mins then this is a good Algarve location - great base to explore a selection of high level golf courses. A great host & no doubt will stay again.

This is a great place to stay, the apartment is lovely. You can walk into Ferragudo with lovely restaurants cafes and beaches. Parking is easy . Friendly neighbourhood. Great

We would recommend this to anyone looking for a first class apartment in a fairly quiet location. The top floor balcony gives access for al fresco dining, sunbathing and evening chilling. The views are simply stunning. the apartment is perfectly located for a few bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. all literally outside your main door. The apartment itself is modern, spacious and perfect. we've stayed in a lot of Airbnbs and this ranks as one of the very best. also the downloadable instructions to get in are fool proof!! thank you

I can’t recommend Karine’s apartment highly enough. Spotlessly clean, great quiet location within easy walking distance of the beach and lots of restaurants and supermarket. Pool area was secluded and private for myself and young family. Even though there was some building work going on to the apartment complex the builders were quiet and very respectful of us as guests. Already planning our next stay and we haven’t left Portugal!

Paulo’s place is a good apartment for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It was located outside but still close to touristic areas, restaurants etc. You can easily spend more than a week here. His space was spacious and well-equipped place. We enjoyed ourselves and can recommend! :)

João was a fantastic host! He personally greeted us to tour the room and let us know his little “tricks,” and gave us ample recommendations. We had lots of room in the apartment and it was within walkable distance to everything. Old Town is a fantastic place and there’s lots to see, and his apartment is right in the center of it (but enough on the outskirts that there isn’t too much noise). Very much worth our stay and we will recommend him for future travels!

Stayed here with my mate for a couple days. Really good location if you are planning to spend a lot of time in new town. Also a stones throw away from the beach. Plenty of food options near by in all directions. The places has all amenities you can think of and a TV with Netflix already loaded up. Comfortable beds and a nice balcony.

This was a little piece of paradise on the Algarve Coast. It was a well positioned, spacious apartment that was quite private even though it opened on to a lovely grassy area and pool that was available to other guests. The little beach with a cafe between sandstone/limestone cliffs was picturesque. A lovely accessible cliff walk took you to larger beaches and lots of restaurants near the old town of Albufeira. Just wish we could have stayed longer.

Maria was a great host and so helpful with anything requested. We had an issue with the lobby entrance of the building and she resolved this by communicating with the building management. We had a great time in the accomodation and felt relaxed for our week abroad with the children

Beautiful condo with wonderful amenities, very clean, roomy for our 6 guests; loved having 3 bathrooms and the washer was helpful.

Alex was an absolutely incredible host. He was always quick to reply to requests, incredibly kind and always on hand to help where he could. The apartment was amazing as it had everything you could need, was beautifully decorated and within walking distance to the beach and old town. Despite the pool not being open due to repairs, Alex was quick to offer us an alternative solution for which we were incredibly grateful for. I would highly recommend staying at Alex’s listing.

We had a wonderful vacation in Steffan's accommodation and can recommend it without reservation. The apartment is really nice. Tastefully decorated, very spacious, very clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Details such as high-quality fly screens in front of windows and the patio doors were also thought of. The garden and pool area is very well maintained and good for relaxing. The location was also absolutely perfect for us - very quiet and yet you are only a few minutes' drive from the town center and the beautiful beaches. There was also a selection of very good restaurants within walking distance, which we enjoyed very much. Steffan is a very good host and communication with him was always friendly and uncomplicated. We would come back.

Delighted: location & pool and view from the balcony (very private). Bolt from train / town €3-5. Apartment is basic, outdoor furniture looks new. Marcos & Elaine take pride & care of the apartment . Elaine baked Pastel de Nata, truly the best I’ve had to date in Portugal. The only frustration, advertising a coffee maker, and not say it requires “special sized coffee pods” or where to get them. I specifically asked at check in about the pods, Marcos agreed they were there, neither one of us looked in the box. An hour later, noticed only a few pods & I messaged Marco showing him a photo & he said that was all they provide for the Welcome Gift, no advice of “how or where” to get more pods. This is very disappointing, advertisement with photo of a proper coffee maker for the duration of paid stay yet guest can’t use the coffee maker the entire stay. Also saying that there is “Instant” coffee provided is not acceptable. Restaurant downstairs has real coffee, felt like being at a hotel.

Very warm welcome and a very nice apartment where we felt at home. We didn't miss anything. The apartment is also very central and yet quiet. Everything is within walking distance. We especially thank Elaine and Stephen for a stocked fridge, all the other amenities as well as for the wonderfully warm communication. We will definitely be back.

A great stay!! Positives:The property is in a central location, about an hour from Faro, convenient for visiting major attractions. The host is friendly and flexible. My unit was spacious, a large closet (there is no luggage rack) and a peaceful patio off the living room. The grounds have beautiful flowers, offering a serene escape from the busy beaches. The location is a 15-20 min walk from the lighthouse, which is part of the 7 Hanging Valley Hiking Trail. Considerations: there are no amenities within walking distance (residential) making a car necessary. Carvoeiro, a cute beach town with restaurants, and shops, is 10 min drive. You have to pay a small visitor tax at the Airbnb located on a dirt road, and finding the property may require Google Maps, as other navigation apps could not find the location. No laundry but there is a drying rack. Internet access is available inside the unit but not on patio. I used a small portable heater for the chill. I wish I could stay longer!!!
