It was simply perfect! Exactly as described and all very cozy and organized. we intend to return for sure to this wonderful home.

The listing already promises, but expectations have actually been exceeded. The house besides being BEAUTIFUL is super cozy, well maintained and equipped. The location is perfect, because it is close to the center, but in a place with guaranteed privacy - the walk to the center is fast and tasty. The walk to the poles of São João is quiet as well. It was super easy to reach the site, the owner sent us a video that shows the way to go from the center to the house. Marielly was very willing and kind to us. Perfect experience!

Despite the steep slope for access, the location is privileged, ensuring tranquility and contact with nature. The wooded area is one of the great charms of the place. The hostess, Roberta, was exceptional! Always helpful and attentive, ensuring that our stay was the best possible. Every detail was carefully designed to provide comfort and well-being. Great stay experience. The flat is quite complete, comfortable and had everything for a smooth and cosy experience. The host is also very helpful and has served us in everything we need and was flexible at the time we need. A negative point to stand out was due to the road that serves as a way to the flat in the condominium, which is mostly sandy and could be paved, but it is a short route of just over 5min. Also, I know that this is not the responsibility of the host, so it doesn't affect my review. In addition, I found the experience great and I recommend it to everyone who goes to the region.
