Madson's space is organized and true to the photos. Everything thoughtfully designed for us, the guests. The location is very good and the building is very organized. Communicating with Madson was amazing. Both he and the apartment deserve top marks in everything. 5 stars without a doubt and we will certainly be back.

Very quiet and safe place. Nearby and very close: supermarket, bakery, restaurant, gas station, hospital, wooded square with space for children to play, and the apartment has everything, including TV and Internet.

Impeccable apartment with everything we needed. The very cold night with a perfect leisure area for my family, by day the apartment does not get hot. Parking right in front of the apartment and super easy to access. Television in all rooms, bathrooms clean and with hot water. Comfortable beds and sofa bed good to sleep a few nights. We missed a coffee strainer and locks in the bathrooms, but this did not affect our stay at all. We had everything we needed at our disposal, either inside or outside the condominium that actually has a wonderful location. We will rent again on other occasions. In relation to the host, super helpful and available person, they pass security every step of the way.

It was just perfect! The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos – or even better. Super clean, organized and with an excellent structure. There are two bedrooms, and in addition to the main one (which is huge, with a closet and super cozy), I used the second as a study space, since it has a great table for that – it was ideal for me. The kitchen is complete, with all the utensils and appliances I needed. The bathrooms are modern, spacious and very comfortable. The building is great: safe, well maintained and with an excellent gym, which we used a lot during the stay. The atmosphere of the apartment is extremely cozy, I felt at home from day one – which made all the difference in the experience. Another positive point was the host, super attentive and with quick answers, always available to help. And the neighborhood is super practical, with everything nearby: a market right in front, a bakery and other facilities just a few steps away. It was a wonderful stay, so good that I already made another reservation.

The Apartment is wonderful, just the same and even better than in the photos, super clean and organized, check in and check out without bureaucracy, super friendly staff, the location is good, trades, markets, bars and pharmacies very close! I loved the stay ,when I arrived I did not locate and network and the mineral water was almost empty, but when I was able to speak to Relocation I was attended immediately, everything naeavi super recom, and I will certainly return several times The TV only picks globe and you tube, but it did not get in the way because in the face of so many activities at the hotel it was not necessary to use the TV.
