I had a dreamy night and it was an absolutely breathtaking experience! The villa was spotless and exactly matched the photos – no surprises, just perfection. I am in the heart of Sidi bousaid as soon as I put a foot outside;coffee mats,shop and restaurants... Hosts were incredibly friendly and easy going, surpassing myself to make my stay comfortable. They continued to check if I needed anything. Their hospitality really made the difference! If I come back to Sidi bousaid , I will definitely come back here. Highly recommended!

A stay worthy of a Thousand and One Nights tale! The apartment is simply princely, with its four-poster bed and typical atmosphere, you feel transported to another world. Mahdi was exceptional: attentive, ultra available and remarkably responsive. He even went so far as to buy the missing kitchen utensils the very next day. A big thank you for this outstanding hospitality. I recommend it without so much as a second thought!

Large living room, large, comfortable bed, heating, private underground garage if you have a car. Feels really safe . Newer buildings.

We spent New Year's Eve 2025 with a few friends at this beautiful beachfront villa, set in a grandiose historical setting. Hedia our kind host spoiled us on this occasion with a delicious cake scented with the orange blossom that she made herself. Thank you for your lovely attention and sincere hospitality. A short stay of which we have an intense memory. We'll definitely stay again this summer.

Hajer, the property manager, was warm, welcoming, and responsive. The house is big, beautiful, and well decorated.

Mahdi’s place was a home away from home! We booked the studio too! It was sparkling clean and had everything you need during your stay as a family. Safa welcomed us when we arrived and left us with some water, bread, cakes and other stuff for breakfast :) she showed us around both of the properties and recommended some great places to eat and visit. She was super responsive on whats app and kept in touch during our stay! The kids enjoyed the apartment and sidi bou said! Our apartment was a 2 min walk to the busy street with the shops and food spots. The popular cafe des delices was a 4-5 min walk and walking down to the beach took about 20 mins. The location was perfect and it was a safe neighbourhood. I even made some cat friends and left them bowls of water outside :) thank you to Mahdi for letting us check out later since we had a night flight! I would love to visit again :)

The place was absolutely perfect—ideally located within walking distance of everything you might need. Lamaane was incredibly helpful, always responsive, and attentive. The amenities were excellent, and the place featured high-end finishes. I definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Tunisia!

This place is probably the most beautiful that we have stayed in. It is just amazing, beautifully furnished, great art work, very traditional, it felt like we had our own private palace. It is situated in the centre of Sidi Bou Said, but nevertheless still quiet and private. Sayma was a really responsive host and accommodating with our late check in and out. We got a real taste of Tunisia in this wonderful home and would highly recommend it

As usual, Salah and Heifa were exceptional hosts, going above and beyond to ensure a welcoming and enjoyable experience. 1st floor accommodation in a family house with separate entrance. 5* for cleanliness, comfort and amenities. Mariem was always quick to respond and happy to help with information and suggestions. Approx 10-15 mins from Tunis Airport (10-12 Dinars if the driver used the taxi meter), 5 mins walking distance to TGM station L'Aeroport or 7 mins to TGM Kheireddine. Train leaves from Kheireddine towards La'Marsa and Sidi Bou Said at half past every hour and cost 0.5D pp. If you wish to travel to Avenue Habib Bourguiba which leads to the old Medina/ Bab-el-Bhar, You can take a louage (yellow local shared taxi van) from the main roundabout (5 mins walk) for 1.6D pp. Around this roundabout, you will also find many food options. 2 supermarkets are approx 2-3 minutes walk, Carrefour being the better option. Fresh fruit stalls, coffee shops, little street food huts and a bakery with fresh bread and other products are all approx 2-3 minutes. Overall, a very pleasant stay with a young family.

Nice welcome, efficient communication, flexible as to arrival time, simple and efficient check-in, always available to provide us with the necessities (example: toilet paper, etc.). I will definitely take over this accommodation in the future.

I had a very good stay in the apartment. Communication was very seamless. Mo's mom also cooked me several Tunisian dishes and obviously delicious! The room is spacious, clean, well equipped. The garden is beautiful with fruit trees and jasmine. The neighborhood is quiet. You can find a first grocery store within 10 minutes, and taxis quickly on the road to Carthage. I highly recommend this host.

We had a perfect stay at Mohamed’s place. The residence was spacious and clean, and the location is absolutely great, as well as the neighborhood. You have everything you need in a walking distance. Mohamed was extremely helpful and a great host. Would definitely come back.
