Die Wohnung ist ein orientalischer Traum! Wunderschön und liebevoll gestaltet auf drei Etagen mit allem was das Herz begehrt, einschließlich lauschiger Dachterrasse. Zentrumsnah und doch ruhig gelegen. Der nette Herr, der uns die Wohnung übergeben hat, hatte zudem gute Gastrotipps auf Lager. Empfehlung: Frühstück im Café inmitten des nahegelegenen Parks von Sidi Bouzid. Vielfältig und Riesenportionen!

Amazing place, very cozy and exactly like the pictures. Loved the pool and the garden and the view of the entire place as it outlooks the pool and garden. The hosts are very friendly and responsive as well as very respectful. Had to check out earlier than the reservation due to an emergency, and the hosts were accommodating and offered a refund which I really appreciated. The location is fabulous and is close to literally everything. I would for sure go again and recommend it to anyone who’s looking for a peaceful, calm and private place to disconnect

Très bon séjour dans l’appartement de Mohamed Ali. Ons, le co-hôte a été très disponible et réactif. L’appartement est agréable à vivre avec ses 3 chambres et ses 2 espaces salon. C’est calme et proche de tout.

We had a great stay at Marion’s place and would definitely recommend it. The apartment was perfect and had everything you need. The terrace was a highlight and the location was perfect for seeing Sidi Bou Said

This place is probably the most beautiful that we have stayed in. It is just amazing, beautifully furnished, great art work, very traditional, it felt like we had our own private palace. It is situated in the centre of Sidi Bou Said, but nevertheless still quiet and private. Sayma was a really responsive host and accommodating with our late check in and out. We got a real taste of Tunisia in this wonderful home and would highly recommend it

Hele fijne werkplek, heel prive, en erg groot, in de villawijk van Carthage tussen de ambassades. Met citroen en sinaasappelboom in de tuin. Ik vond het een rustige en goede uitvalsbasis voor de stad. Ik had bij vragen snel contact gehad met de host. Het is geen nieuw gebouw.. Als ik weer een paar dagen zou willen werken en ontspannen in Tunesie zou ik hier graag weer verblijven, ook om de lieve hond weer te aaien. ps: Het is in de buurt van het presidentiele paleis. Toen ik aankwam werd ik uitgebreid ondervraagd door de politiepost en militairen daar. ik zou iedereen adviseren om niet helemaal naar het huis te navigeren maar om de hoek uit te stappen bij het tankstation.

The apartment is in a lovely neighborhood and has stunning views of the Mediterranean. It is clean and she was very responsive to several requests for service that I made. You do need a car or be comfortable, taking taxis or rideshare services.

I stayed at Nabil's place for two weeks, and it was just as described: clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking, all in good condition. The location is convenient, just a short taxi ride to the center of La Marsa and other places in Tunis, with some minimarkets and cafes nearby, but it is also a neighborhood in La Marsa that is still developing. Nabil is very helpful and always available for any questions. Overall, a very good place to stay.

I felt like home, I have booked Kamal & The Land Lord properties and offers several times in different occasions and they always impressed me how clean the places are! Thank you very much for hosting us, and will definitely come back again.

Excellent séjour chez Kenza ! La maison est idéalement placée au cœur de sidi bousaid. Accessibilité parfaite à pieds et en voiture (grâce au badge résident mis à disposition). La vue est exceptionnelle ! Seul petit bémol la cuisine manque de vaisselle, si vous souhaitez cusiner à la maison il faudra donc anticiper d’un point de vue logistique … nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans ce cocon de rêve !

Le logement est magnifique. J'adore le style avec des pierres et du marbre beige un peu partout. Parfaitement équipé. La nuit on peut entendre un peu la route dans 2 des chambres car elles sont du côté route (ce n'est pas une route très passante pour autant). La chambre parentale (avec salle de bain attenante) est plus calme car du côté port. Le reste du logement est très calme. L'emplacement est super, dans une zone propre et calme de Tunis. Hedia nous a très bien accueillis et s'est rendue disponible même à 5h du mat' pour notre départ ! Nous nous sommes sentis vraiment bien dans ce logement. Nous referions le même choix sans hésiter !

I enjoyed my stay at Lara’s place, her apartment was as described on Airbnb; a comfortable space in a secure building and nice neighbourhood. La Marsa was fun to explore with its proximity to the beach, coffee shops, grocery stores. Lara was easy to reach and always very responsive; a pleasure to interact with. I would come back!

Vakker, flott og rolig leilighet. Det er ingen støy. Alle nødvendige forsyninger er tilgjengelig i leiligheten, inkludert tallerkener, bestikk, kopper, varmtvannsbereder, strykejern og hårføner. Oppvarmingen er veldig god, varmer leiligheten i løpet av minutter. La oss ikke glemme at leiligheten har en fantastisk utsikt over hovedgaten. Det er en bygningsvakt ved inngangen til bygget. Det betyr at det er sikkerhet. Dette er først. For det andre er det nær kjøpesenteret (Carrefour La Marsa) og kun 15 minutter fra Cartage flyplass.

Marwen was a great host, very welcoming and laidback. Super helpful when I blew the power out by accident, and at one point I locked myself out in a particularly silly way and he got a ladder and scaled the wall to get to the roof. 10/10

J’ai passé un excellent séjour de 4 jours dans ce logement à La Marsa. L’appartement est très propre, bien équipé et parfaitement conforme à la description. Le quartier est calme et agréable, tout en étant à proximité immédiate de nombreux restaurants, cafés et bars. L’emplacement est idéal pour profiter de La Marsa, Sidi bou said et Carthage . Je recommande vivement !

Hayfa's appartment was fine. It was clean, nice decoration and equipment in a good state. It corresponded to the description. Easy to find thanks to Hayfa's perfect instructions. And it's quiet, you can still hear some cocks, cars, dogs and muezzins as everywhere in Tunisia but sounds are distant so we slept very well.

l'appartement est excellent, idéalement situé, très calme et sécurisé. Tout fonctionne parfaitement, il est moderne et confortable. Monsieur Mohamed a été d'une grande gentillesse, toujours disponible pour répondre à mes questions ou demandes. Un grand merci à lui pour avoir contribué à rendre mon séjour agréable !
