Great Host!

Celebrated our 25th anniversary, appreciate the extra customer care provided welcome roses and wine. When traveling literally all day nice to have cold botted water and beer available. From the moment walked in, this Airbnb felt like a warm hug—cozy, inviting, and instantly comfortable. Each day, coming back felt less like returning to a rental and more like coming home. Kitchen impressively stocked with everything needed, making it easy to create any meal. Loved table setting on the patio and a lounge area made it feel like two additional rooms/areas. Everything was thoughtfully chosen to every detail. From the furniture: stylish yet comfortable, carefully planned with blanket. From washcloths, white face clothes, to the beach towels to having a grocery shopper cart for grocery runs. Definitely come back only to Andre’s properties. Professional & customer care is 9.4 of 10. Little hiccup with communication, nothing that would deter my return again. Best AIRBNB experience ever!

nestor was the epitome of world class super hosting. he was attentive, friendly, and frankly just all around exceptional. he showed me several local haunts as well as gave me many compelling recommendations that were totally as good or better then he described. i will go out of my way to book with nestor again and visit him and his wonderful family! thanks again brother!

Great location, security at the front door at night. Right in the midst of all the discos and Bars so you don’t have to go far. Only downfall was hot water did not stay hot when showering, outside of that place was good. I’d recommend very safe

This flat is in the best possible location in Cartagena - everything is a 10-15 min walk away whether you’re visiting old town or Getsemani. We had a great stay, everything was clean and comfortable. The concierge was really welcoming and it was great to have that extra security for the flat. The pictures of the view don’t do the property justice! Sunset on the balcony was magical and had the most amazing view of Cartagena old town. We stayed as 4 young adults and had plenty of space, I’d recommend this flat to anyone staying in Cartagena.

Great property! The host upgraded us at no cost and the new place was even better than the one we had originally booked. Black king took care of us through our stay. He provided great security and amazing recommendations! Anything we needed, black king had our back! Overall, 10/10 and would highly recommend. The property manager, house maid and black king security were all spectacular!

I recently stayed at this Airbnb and couldn't be more grateful for the experience. The location was fantastic — very active and festive, with plenty of restaurants just 2-3 minutes walking distance away. It made exploring and enjoying the local culture incredibly easy and fun. A special thank you to Carmen, who truly made the stay unforgettable. She was so caring, thoughtful, and also had a great sense of humor — it was such a joy waking up each morning to a delicious breakfast she prepared, and the house was kept spotless thanks to her daily cleaning. Her warmth and energy really made it feel like a home away from home. The security guard (I can't recall his name, unfortunately) was also amazing — very helpful in arranging taxis and making sure we weren’t being overcharged. It was very reassuring to have someone so reliable and attentive looking out for us. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and will absolutely be rebooking for future trips. Great place, centrally located but still quiet. Roberto and his team were so communicative and helpful. They set up rides to/ from airport and had fruit and water upon arrival. And had great insight on things to do around town. Place was clean and a/c was comfortable. Would 10/10 recommend!

Staying at Yulisa’s place was an absolute pleasure! From the moment I arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Yulisa went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home, offering great local tips and always responding quickly to any questions. Her attention to detail really stood out, and it’s clear she takes great pride in providing a great guest experience. Absolutely great to spend a few very comfortable days in Cartagena. The apartment is great with all the amenities, clear instructions. Yunis is very attentive to everything that is needed. Definitely highly recommended. The common areas of the building are spectacular.

A fabulous experience! The apartment was super close to the airport, quiet and easily accessible to Casas de Cambio and supermarkets. Mr. Carlos was an excellent host, always friendly and attentive to any questions or needs. My friends and I 100% recommend it

Our stay at this apartment was simply spectacular. From the first moment we felt very comfortable; the place was impeccable, well-equipped and charmingly decorated. What we enjoyed the most was the pool and, without a doubt, the breathtaking view from the apartment, it's postcard-worthy! In addition, the price seemed excellent considering everything it includes.
