Beachfront vacation rentals in Cartagena Province

Santiago was always very responsive, the check in was very easy the lobby people was very kind and helpful the building is very clean the piscina beautiful and front beach spectacular, the apartment was very clean and beautiful just like the pictures showed, I will come back greatly recommend it.

I like to location a lot since you are still close to the centro while having the beach in front of you. responsiveness is excellent. thanks again

Resort-like amenities: The complex has outdoor pools, a jacuzzi, sauna, gym, children's play area, and access to a beach 3. The cleanliness, the comfort of the facilities is incredible, perfect for families a safe place, I'll be back.

Vale is the best host in the country. She has the best staff in the country. Everything is outstanding from the time you arrive until you leave. I only stay her and David's property. This place is perfect if you’ve visited Cartagena before, meaning it’s off the main strip and it’s an away from the crowds of Getsemani and in a perfect spot walking distance to everything you need. The space was spotless and we felt comfortable . The only criticism I could give is to put the word “bondo building” in the google map so its easier to find I was dropped off at the wrong spot and had to find the location by foot, even after following the pin from the Airbnb app. I still had an amazing stay , Thank you

Of all the places I have stayed at, definitely in my top 5. It’s a shame that the AC is quite so noisy but I understand this is common throughout the building. Nevertheless, a great and comfortable place.

My second time here because I had a great experience here before and once again this place was great. Hosts were very prompt , helpful , and responded quick. Easy to communicate with . Gave great local resturant recommendations and advice for Cartagena. Place was clean and comfortable. Beautiful view . Building has 24 hour security and don't allow outsiders in. Building has nice pool and gym . Had a wash machine and dryer in the condo which was a plus. The location was perfect . About 10 minute cab ride to Centro and 20 minutes to airport , and 10 minutes to boat excursions for the islands. or tours. Grocery stores , stores , and local restaurants are within walking distance in the Bocagrande neighborhood. Next time I visit this will be my first choice .

Sandra was the sweetest & the building felt very safe! She was very responsive, explained everything clearly and recommended great local restaurants. Enjoyed many breathtaking views with the beach being right across the road! I highly recommended!

Fernando’s hospitality is top level and his responsiveness brought peace and calm to the overall experience. The hot tub was terrific. The space itself was very clean and everything else was right outside of the suite, like stores, banks, beaches, restaurants, etc. I foresee us staying with Fernando in the near future yet again.

This apartment is a good option for visiting Cartagena. It's reasonably close to the historic center, about a 20-minute walk. The beach is very close if that's what you're looking for. And the facilities are good, especially that rooftop pool that really amazes. The neighborhood itself does not have a lot of services, but it does have the essentials (shop, some restaurants) within a few minutes. The host Laura maintained constant and efficient communication, although she did not show up in person for check-in (it is true that it was not necessary since the building staff took care of everything). The apartment was in excellent condition and the views from the terrace are remarkable. As negative points: the ugly plastic bracelet that the building's security forces you to wear during the ENTIRE stay (24x7) and the fact that they do not allow visitors, very strictly. The friend who accompanied us to help us with the suitcases couldn't even take the elevator. Recommended place.

My experience in the apartment was wonderful. It has a beautiful ocean view that can be enjoyed from the inside, and the decoration is tastefully cared for, which makes the space feel very cozy. The location is excellent: easy to access, in a safe area and with a mini pharmacy right next to the entrance, ideal for getting anything you might need. In addition, the host was very attentive and was always making sure that everything was fine. Highly recommended!

Words cannot describe how BEAUTIFUL Andre’s place is. This is my second time staying in one of his locations and I will never stay with any other host when I go to Cartagena. Andre is very caring and so responsive. He even reached out to ask how my stay went when I checked out. Now the view , BREATHTAKING! I would sit on the balcony for hours just taking everything in. Perfect to watch the sunset. The apartment is so cozy you feel like you’re at home. Super clean, smells AMAZING, & has everything you would need. Andre is so thoughtful he has water ready for you in the fridge to cool you down from the heat. The staff and security in the building are very nice and the location is very safe. The building is in the perfect spot. Didn’t need a taxi at all. Close to the gym, supermarket, restaurants, & a block away from the beach. Thank you Andre for being so accommodating and attentive. Can’t wait for my next trip 🤗

I recommend Maria's apartment 100%. It's very nice. It has all the amenities. We enjoyed the spectacular ocean view. Everything worked perfectly. The apartment was very clean and tidy. There was an iron and a hairdryer. Everything. The balcony with an excellent ocean view. Maria was attentive to our needs at all times. She's an excellent host

2 night stay in apt 1804 which was clean , modern and spacious. Had booked a smaller apartment but due to a problem with the a/c there host messaged and moved me to this 2 bedroom unit. Spotlessly clean with everything you could need. The apartment smelled amazing and the washer dryer unit was very useful. Views from the pool on level 30 were great too. Approx 6 min walk to supermarket and 10 mins to main area of restaurants. Delighted with this apartment and the host who was very helpful and responsive. Thanks so much x 🥰
